We chose the multi-storey car park at Manchester Airport in spite of the price because our return flight from Hannover got in very late. What an excellent decision. We had a bit of trouble finding an inside space when we arrived at the airport but we knew the car was safe and secure for the 5 days. When we returned to Manchester after 11 pm it was just a brief lift ride and a 2 minute walk to the car. Brilliant!

I was disgusted to return to my vehicle to find substantial damage to the drivers door,so much so that i will have to get the door re-sprayed. There were no car park staff present at the time of leaving the car park so when l was giving the code over the intercom system i complained to the guy on the other end, to which he said that it was not his problem.

I used the Pre-Pay Airport Parking Service for 3 days and it is well worth paying that little bit extra. As long as you know where you are going it is a doddle. I parked at Manchester Terminal 1 and you need to follow the signs for the Departures Short Stay Carpark (Multi-Storey). You take your ticket as normal, park up and just get in the lift to the main terminal and go on your jollies/business trip. When you arrive back you just get in the lift in arrivals and go to your car (no need to pay). When you get to the barrier to leave the carpark just press the help button. We got a bit worried as there was no answer for a couple of minutes but dont worry they answer eventually, we gave the man our name and booking ref and he lifted the barrier. Easy as that really, I will definately use this service again.

When booking; the actual terminal car park location was not clearly outlined, although when booking it stated (Terminal 3), the instructions on how to arrive and locate the car park states: go to the desired multi-storey car park.... This is confusing

The parking was easy to find -clean, efficient, with plenty of spaces. The exit system was very quick due to pre-booking, with good access on to motorway system.

It may be a bit dearer, but is worth every penny. No hanging around for transfers as it's right opposite the terminal (2).

As we pulled into the multi-storey car park we didn't know if it was the right one! It said 'SHORT STAY CARPARK' and we were there for 8 days. There was no one to advise us if we were indeed in the right place, we asked the airport staff but they didn't know, but we were in the right place and when we came home we drove to the gate, pressed the help button, quoted our booking ref and they let us out... no problem. I had read all the other comments before setting off but I still felt as though I was in the wrong place. Saying that, once I had confirmed it was correct this is in my opinion the best method of parking for the airport. It is quick and easy. I would recommend it and I will be using it again.

Would definitely use again. The weekend rate was attractive and for ease of use it was excellent. Very convenient for departure and arrival back late at night. Saved lots of time compared with waiting for coaches and transfers. Most definitely worth the extra.

Very convenient and good value compared with standard short term prices. Would use again on a short break rather than waiting for transfer buses, etc. Would like to see assurance before parking that these BCP deals were recognised by the exit staff.

Hassle-free parking, easy access to airport terminal, 2 minutes walk away. Have used other carparking, which is off the airport terminal and involves coaches to pick you up - this is a much better option, as you're straight in and out...no waiting. Would definitely use again.

Very easy to order. Fast efficient service. No delay leaving. No security issues. My husband isn't a morning person, so on an early flight it was so quick and easy just to park and go! I will definitely use it again!

We booked the car parking on the internet, which was extremely easy. Took a ticket, parked the car. When we returned from the trip the car was safe, and it was very easy at the exit to just give your reference number, and out you go.

Good, no trouble in parking or leaving. Staff very helpful. No financial advantage in prepaying only slight saving in time.

When we arrived at the airport we were not sure if we were at the right place. We were looking for something with the name of the parking company that we used. We parked in the multi-storey and hoped for the best. However, when it came time to leave we were in the right place and it was very quick leaving, which is what you want after a flight. Just some confirmation that you're in the right place would be good.

No waiting for shuttles etc is just so convenient! The weekend rate isn't too bad for when you need to get away for a few days. You'd probably be in a rush to get to the airport, and also to get home/work on your return.
