Only one person on arrival Reception which caused a delay due to a problem with another customers lost booking but these things happen. Maximum 15 minute wait on the transfer bus as this did not leave the depot until nearly full. Useful having facilities on hand. Overall impression was good and we will probably use again.

Check in was fine, but unfortunately, we were left fuming in a coach for around 30 minutes before we set off for the airport. Fortunately, we had left enough time, but I was not impressed with the wait, and won't choose this parking spot again.

Have used many other parking facilities at the airport, and found APH to be a cut above the others, not only on service, but very competitively priced. Have recommended to friends and colleagues.

I would recommend using APH. For me a trouble free experience. The compound looks safe and secure. Frequent pick-ups, close to airport, etc. Staff friendly and courteous. Exactly as advertised.

The staff are so friendly, it is a personal service that exactly meets your own needs. There was no waiting around for a bus either to departures, or on arrival back at Terminal 1. Would defintitely use them again.

We have tried a number of car parks in the Manchester Airport area but none have provided us with the same prompt and excellent service that the APH Car Parking Service gave us. We shall definately be using them again.

First time I have used APH and was pleased with their service. No delay in transfering to the airport and was lucky on return bus was waiting outside teminal 1 when I telephoned, so very quick return to car park.

We arrived and parked our car, the car park was well lit and attendants around. Directions to the car park from motorway were easy to follow. The bus was clean and the driver loaded our luggage , we waited about 10 mins for other passengers, the buses I think leave on a time schedule. Coming back we rang the number given, was told where to wait and the bus turned up after 5 - 10 mins, again driver loaded our luggage, we did the round of the other terminals then 5 mins later back to the car park. The trip back takes you on the motorway for 1 junction so could take longer than 5 mins if traffic heavy, although I'm sure the drivers would know of another route incase. Our car was parked convieniently on a tarmac area so no muddy feet. Excellent service, one of the best I've ever used and would definately use again.

When I read the other reviews, I thought it can't be that good? I can confirm it really was an excellent service. From arriving at the reception we were met with very pleasant staff, who were well organised and efficient. The bus took us immediately to the airport, the driver explained where we would be picked up on our return. On our return we were also picked up immediately. Within 50 minutes of landing we were in our car and driving home. Can't get better than that!! We will definately be using this service again when we go away again in May.

this is the second time on using this company , and i am very impressed , the staff were very friendly and helpful. it only took a short time to get checked in and ond the bus to the airport the journey only took about 10 mins or less . mon my return we had misplaced our reciept to call the depot when we were ready to be picked up , as we left the terminal the bus was there with in 5 mins and the driver was very helpful and already had our names on the sheets , . i will certainy be using this company in the future and recommend any other potential customers not to hesitate in using this company as it is a first class service all the ways..

Arrive, show one's internet confirmation, ,dealt with by the friendly staff, ,got on airport transfer bus. On return one simple phone call and quick smooth reverse operation. Back in my car in under 5 minutes. No queueing, always seemed to be sufficient staff to deal with the number of travellers. Very good will not hesitate to use again.

APH is the best we have ever used and we travel a lot! They were friendly, helpful, outstandingly efficient; clean vehicles, very cheerful and helpful drivers; totally organised as a whole. We will definitely be using them as often as we can

I've been using APH for a couple of years now. I have no reason to complain. They've always been nice and the drivers are very helpful. The only thing is i find it a bit pricy during summer but I guess that's understandable.

fast and friendly service had about a 15 minute wait after the phone call to get picked up which was fair enough as it was 3 am

We have used other airport parking nr Manchester before, which has NOT been a pleasent experience. This was the first time we went with APH. It was a great start to our holiday, the staff were so helpful and efficient. Great value for money. We will certainly use them again. Many thanks.

This was my first experience of this kind of facility and I would have no hesitation in using them again. I would recomend using APH car parking to everyone and would personally like to thank all the APH car parking staff.

The signing in process was handled quickly and efficiently. Delivery to ariport was quick. Pick up was excellent and the pick up process smooth. From the 'phone call to let APH know we had arrived to leaving their car park took less than 20 minutes.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are prompt, happy to help with cases and even bring things you have left in your car to the airport. You can't wish for more.

The service was very easy to use, just park up your car and check in! The transfers were quick and always a coach/mini bus waiting. All staff were friendly. Excellent value for money.

A very organised outfit. Efficient, helpful, very quick service. No stress at all. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone flying from Manchester.
