The car park was very easy to find - very close to Liverpool Airport. The staff were very friendly and efficient and had my car booked in in no time, in to the minibus and dropped at the airport in no time. On return a quick phone call had the return bus at the pickup point in minutes. My car was ready having been kept parked indoors for the duration of my holiday. All for a bargain price. I will definitely be using their facilities again. Customer service and value for money is alive and well at Sky Park Liverpool!

I found the carpark to be easy to find, within a minute of handing over my keys we were on the minibus being transfered to the airport which took no more than 5 mins, when we returned i phoned the carpark when we were collecting our luggage and by he time we had walked outside the minibus was there waiting. will definately use this service again.

Efficient in all areas, speedy transfer to the terminal and clear and consice instructions for our return. Very friendly sociable staff from the receptionist to the bus driver. Fantastic way to start the holiday. Will definitely use again if flying from Liverpool.

We were met at 6am on a bleak morning by a cheerful friendly member of staff and we were booked in and on our way to the airport within minutes. On our return the minibus was with us within 5 minutes and we had picked the car up and our our way home very quickly.Again the memeber of staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly have no doubts about using your services again and recommending you to friends. Thanks

I arrived within ten minutes of missing my flight, the young man said, it's the minibus over the road less than 3 minutes later i was in the airport. Got back from Riga walked to the car park to find the staff very attentative and polite, asking for ID to make sure you are who you say you are and get your car safely out for you. We shall not be using Liverpool Skypark again. The car park is situated less than 5 minutes away from the airport terminal and yet we waited intially for 10 minutes. When the coach arrived to collect us and several other people it was not large enough. The driver needed to come back, a journey that should have taken 5 minutes or less. We waited for near on 30 minutes in drizzle. The outward trip to the terminal was however, satisfactory.

On arriving at Sky Park at 4am, we had to wait 15 minutes to book our car in at reception and then a further 45 minutes for somebody to transfer us to the airport (which only took a few minutes). There was only one minibus on call and we had to wait in a queue while the driver took three other van loads to the airport. We finally got to the airport with 40 minutes to check in . . unfortunately the check in queue was out of the door. We were the last people to check in and the last people to board - very stressful. However, on our return we were collected within a few minutes of our arrival, therefore we experienced two different ends of the spectrum.All in all our experience with Sky Park was not very good.

Unfortunately we missed our return flight and consequently had to leave the car for 1 extra day. The charge for that day was 20% of the total already paid (we had booked the car park for 7 days!)The rest of the service offered and provided was excellent though.

I enclose a copy of my email to you dated 30 August to which I have received no response:- Dear Sir Re:- Liverpool Airport SkyPark Ltd I am writing to complain about the service given to us at Liverpool Airport in the early hours of this morning. We arrived on a delayed flight from Nice Airport at 12.10 am and as our bags were one of the first to arrive we tried to contact your office on the mobile number given immediately. The line was constantly engaged. As other operators continued to pick their passengers up we were shortly left as the only passengers (along with another couple who were with your company) to be picked up. It was also raining and cold. Your representative eventually answered the phone and we were told they would pick us up in 5 minutes. A further 10 minutes passed and we had to make contact again before being told they would be on their way to pick us up. Eventually we were picked up, I complained to the driver who informed us that they were busy in the office. Our cases were thrown into the back of the van and we were taken to the depot to collect our car. The doors were slammed when we were picked up and agressively opened when we arrived at the depot. The cases were left in the back of the van for us to get out and the driver told us to come into the office for our keys. My husband went into the office but was asked for his passport before we were given our keys (something we have never been asked for before). After a wait of 50 minutes we eventually left. We have never experienced this from a car company and felt it should be brought to your attention. A reply would be appreciated. Yours faithfully Lynn Slater

The instructions recieved were acurate, however the signage could be more visable from the dual carriage way. We phoned at the front of the terminal and by the time we got to the pick up point the mini bus was there. Paying up front via the internet really does save money.

We phoned and wrote to APH and they wrote back and said it was our fault. Try booking liverpool with them yourself. You have to go to the Skyparks website to find out where the car park really is in everite road. APH still direct you into the airport car park, and swear that they are correct.

I mislaid my paperwork and the staff were kind enough to let me go on my e mail to check I was booked at their location. Everyone was very helpful which was much appreciated as I was travelling to Ireland with my handicapped sister. The turn around getting to and from the terminal was quick and easy. Two draw backs! Some cars are parked half on half of curbs! This concerned me. Net time I will use the indoor parking. Having said this we had no issues but I was releaved that the car was ok. On arrival at the car park we had to load and off load our own cases into the mini bus. One of the couples was in their 60's! On return the mini bus picked us up at the terminal within 10 minutes, the driver was curtious and loaded the cases for us. The car was ready to drive away with no issues.

Hard to find. You have to drive PAST to the end of the Dull Carriageway and double - back. This was not clear. I nearly ended up parking in another Long Term Car Park by mistake. No complaints about the parking or the transfers, but I think SkyParks was pricey.

All in all a very good service. Was recommended to us by friends who gave us advice on finding it. On arrival we were driven quickly to the airport and given details of what to do on our return. Rang from airport when we got back and bus was there for us in a couple of minutes. Would use Flypark again definately.

I will definitely use them again, it was easy checking in on arrival and in no time at all I was whisked away to the terminal. It was a pity that at 11-00 clock at night I had to wait for the mini bus for about 15 minutes, standing in a cold wind. It was probably unfortunate timing on my part as I appreciate that staff may already be running somebody else to their car.

The entrance to the small trading estate, which contains the "Skypark" is on a dual carriageway so on arrival you have to go past and then turn back in order to enter. The Skypark building is set back about 100m from the dual carriageway. Leaving is much easier. The staff are friendly and offer a prompt service both to and from the airport. Remember to take the business card with the number of Skypark with you when you leave. It is so much easier then to ring them on your return!

When approaching the airport we looked for the parking on the other side of the road. Soon spotted it and went around the island and came back on ourselves. It was about 200 yards on the left. Parked the car near their office, handed the keys in and then went straight to the aiport in their minibus. We arrived back at about 11.00pm and rang after we received our luggage. The driver was already at the car park and even waited for us with a minibus full of people when my wife decided to buy some food from the airport shop. No problems at all.

We had never used the service before at Liverpool. Sky park was easy to find and the mini bus was waiting to leave as we arrived but waited for us! On our return the minibus arrived very quickly after we telephoned to say we had arrived. We would use Sky park again.

The problem is not really Skypark's. The access and departure for the pick-up bus is unclear, subject to severe delay, and not protected from the weather. Standing in pouring rain for 15 minutes is not the best end to our holiday. Liverpool airport need to provide a covered pick-up area, with separate access for pick-up buses from the car park.
