I was impressed with the ease of transfer to the airport. Not only was it on demand (maximum wait 5 mins) it was also very quick to the airport. I had difficulties finding it initially as you have to drive past it on the dual carriage way before you can actually access it.

when i pay to leave my car with a parking company, I expect the parking to be secure. it appears that Skypark park cars anywhere on the estate. A large sign outside their offices says that they do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage .....

Very good directions to the car park. I dropped the car off to very friendly staff who even parked it for me my biggest worry was parking in a huge car park. Then taken by mini bus to the airport about 5 mins. I phoned to be picked up on my return was back in my car in 5 mins and on my way home. Could not fault the service given would definately use sky park again.

The dropping off of the car and the transfer to the airport was swift the staff were courtious without being arkward I.e.Sir do you have your airline tickets and your passport before we take you to the airport?.On return we phoned and were met within minutes and upon proof were given the keys to our car and went on our journey home "to be recomended".

Quick & efficient service, although we did not think the 'finding' instructions were helpful. Returning service was also good but it would have been appreciated to have the luggage unloaded as well as loaded at that late time.

As a first time user of this facility I found the whole experience fine and better than I thought. The biggest advantage was not having to wait too long for the bus to arrive to collect after a long journey.

Close to airport, transfers on demand. Car was in one piece and had clearly been kept inside while I was away. Staff made a few personal comments I felt were not appropriate. Would use again though as they were cheap and the car was ok.

The car had an additional 34 miles on the clock, so where and how was this clocked up? This represents some £5 worth of fuel to add to the cost of parking. Would not therefore, on this basis, use this facility again

The website said allow 45 minutes for transfer to airport. I could have walked it to the airport in less time pulling my case. Other than this, using this car park was an excellent experience.

excellent service - did what it said on the tin!! staff helpful and friendly - easy to find and only 2 minutes transfer to the airport will definately use again

I have used skypark befor it is so easy than parking else where you ring when you clear customs and they are there waiting for you. ps i would recommend.

Booked on line for 2 weeks April 08 - easy to find from instructions provided. Situated a few minutes from the airport. Quick transfer to and from airport. Would definately use again

We were dropped off as close to the terminal as was possible(john lennon airport)which was great!!the return pickup was very quick and our car was ready with the keys in the ignition which speeded up our journey home!!all in all we would use this service again in the future.

I use Liverpool airport every year and generally end up fighting to find a parking space. Using Skypark for the first time I found we didn't need to worry about parking as the car was taken off for us and we ended up spending much less time and energy lugging our suitcases. So better off in all ways. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

as the airport gets larger this service is very handy no walking for miles with luggage and no queing for pay machines.and no forgeting where your car is parked.

Cheaper than the airport on-site park but if that's full and you have to aprk at the far end it's probably quicker to use Liverpool Sky Park than trudge across the on-site park with your luggage

Generally good service but, as stated above, even after phoning that we had our luggage we had to wait approx 15 mins to be picked up. Good job it wasn't raining as no cover at pick up point.

I had no problems as instructed I phoned and had not long to wait for bus after arrival at airport. One downside is the fact that another company has started up in the same name this could cause confusion.

Arrived back to pick my car up to find that someone had changed the computer display on the dashboard-asked why this happened-was told it wasnt done by their staff!

Very easy to find. Only two minutes from the airport itself. We were taken to the airport immediately and when we returned the minibus arrived to take us back to Sky Park within minutes. Our car was ready and waiting with the keys in simply to drive away. Would definitely reccomend Skypark and would use them again.
