Comfortable and very short transfer. Polite staff, easy to book.

Parking at Liverpool airport is limited and the on airport parking is a very extended space without a lot of markings, often with a lot of badly parked cars - presumably abandoned by their drivers out of desperation. Off airport at Skypark you are almost as close without the bother of finding a space, better security and better all round costs

We were attended to promptly by a friendly and courteous member of staff. He explained everything well and whisked us off to the airport in double quick time. On our return the transport arrived to pick us up within a few minutes of us phoning. The best airport parking I've used to date and I'll be back.

Had to wait for the second run of the very small minibus on each leg of the journey. Just not worth saving a pound, in future I will book earlier with the airport, unless you drop the prices.

The car park was on the opposite carriageway when travelling into the airport site - signage was not clear. Car was parked on the pavement on return and blocked in - lucky it was a 4wd. Would use again though as transfer to and from airport was very good.

This facility is probably the best I have tried, excellent staff, and our car ready and warmed up on our return - Faultless !

Excellent service, staff very helpful & friendly, turn up on time to collect from terminal & car ready & waiting to drive away.

We found the service to be VERY GOOD; with friendly, efficient staff. The time taken from checking-in at Sky Park to arrival at Liverpool Airport must have only been 10 minutes. On our return, our car was ready & waiting for us. We were more than pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend Skypark.

It would be helpful in the directions to say go towards the airport, round the roundabout and back to Sky Park.

We have used pre-booked parking for various airports previously, and we can state that yours is one of the best services we have used. Our experience with your company when we arrived was good,because we were taken to the airport within minutes. Upon arrival back, ( we were delayed at the airport before our return to England ) we contacted your company and the driver was already waiting for us. The fact that we did not have to wait for other people to board the bus did help. We have previously booked undercover parking,and when we have arrived it as not been. Your Staff were helpful at all times.

Transfers: Unfortunately, there had been an incident on the route to the airport & we were unable to be collected, although cars were moving thru the obstruction, therefore we had to walk to the car. Luckily it was dry! Value for money: We stayed 3 days at a cost of £24, and one month ago we stayed in the main carpark for 8 days at a cost of £30! Why so expensive for the shorter period?

Very pleased with the location, service and staff. Could not fault them in any way. Would recommend them to anyone in fact we already have to a couple who went for on airport parking which cost more, they spent ages looking for a space and ended up with a long walk to the terminal.

Our experience was excellent, both drop off and pick up. On both journeys there were people who had booked with a different company (on a farm!) who could not find their car park. They had then approached Liverpool Sky Park and the staff were so helpful and sympathetic and got them to the airport in time for their flights, as both were in danger of missing it. Excellent customer care. Would recommend to anyone wishing to use Liverpool Sky Park and would certainly use ourselves again.

The car park was a little difficult to find intially although it is signposted but not immediately noticable. The car park is located on an industrial estate and initially appear to have limited parking. However the staff are very helpful and willing to help with luggage etc. Once the car is left with attendant (who also takes keys) the transfer is quick and efficient. On our return the mini bus arrived soon after our call and our cars were waiting for us to collect in front of the reception area. Would use this facilty again if flying from LIverpool

I arrived at lunchtime to drop off the car and all was completed in a very short time. When I arrived back the flight had been delayed, meaning that I arrived at about 5.30a.m. I phoned for the minbus and they were there in a matter of minutes. Very satisfactory as the parking is just before the last roundabout where you turn left into the airport.

Drive into the compound, check for area which belongs to Liverpool Sky Park and a man directs you to park by a rolling shutter door. You unload, he opens shutter, parks car inside, gives you a contact card for use on return, then he takes you to the airport. Time from arrival at car park to arrival at John Lennon Airport is 8 mins.

The parking facilities seemed reasonable with the security aspect being important. However, after calling your office we had to wait 20 mins for transport from the airport back to the car which seemed unreasonable.

Quick, easy and reliable. First class service - with a smile plus a bit of scouse humour. What more can you ask?

The two members of staff were quick and efficient. The whole area is very cramped and you do not really know were the park starts and where other businesses begin.

The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient, and situated only two minutes journey time from the airport, there was no wasted time.
