when you return from a lovely holiday in the sun the last thing you want is to be held up waiting in the cold for pick ups. We have used this type of parking before at other airports but this has been the least amount of time we have had to wait. we were very pleased with this service.

Staff were very friendly & the car was very well looked after. Transfer to the airport was great, but had to wait about 20 minutes in the rain for the return, after phoning the office several times to find out where the driver was!

freindly helpful no waiting right next to airport scousers know how to treat people properly when providing a service well done cheers trev !!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say...... I have only experienced the Liverpool Skypark but the staff were courteous, the wait for the return pick up was not long. I think we will use Sky park at Liverpool again and again.

Easy to find and much better value for money than parking on site. It was actually quicker to get to the terminal using Sky Park. The staff put the bags on the bus on off we went. Very smooth service.

We were whisked to the terminal within a few minutes of arriving at Sky Park, and the driver helped us with our bags. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others, and use this company in the future.

On arrival the reception staff were very friendly, and processed my booking in with the minimum delay. The bus was waiting by the time I had booked in, and within minutes of arriving we were on our way to the departure terminal. On our return which was about 8.00pm, I rang the number given to me when I left the car, and was once again greeted by a friendly voice telling me to wait at the place we had been dropped off on the outward journey, and we would be picked up in five minutes, and a brief description of the vehicle to look for. The car was waiting at reception when we arrived, and I estimate that it can't have been much more than 25 minutes from collecting our bags, to being on the way home. I was very happy with the service, and at a little over £40 for ten days parking I feel it was well worth the cost. I will definitely make use of their services again, and am happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to travel to the airport by car.

Very good service. We arrived at the car park and within ten mins were at the airport. When we returned there was a transfer already waiting for us and we were on the road within 15mins. Would reccomend to anyone thinking of using airport parking.

Signs not the clearest and no instruction how to find it. Easy transfer of car to Skypark and journey to airport but return took longer as we had just missed an earlier minibus. Liverpool Airport has work in progress so you have to wait outside for the minibus which is OK if the weather is fine. Staff friendly and welcoming - site appears secure.

The booking process, drop-off and collection of vehicle and transfer to the airport were all hassle free and quick as well as competitively priced. I would use Skypark again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic service even though we arrived at very early to drop off car. On return two weeks later, excellent prompt service following clear instructions. Even let my little boy use their toilet!

When you get back off holiday after traveling most of the day it was good just to walk just 100mts out of the Terminal make on phone call and, 10 minutes later you are in the car heading home.

Your being so close to the airport is a great advantage. If I fly from Liverpool again, I will cerytainly use your services.

The second time i have used this facility and company and I do not give second chances if the first time service is not good. There will be a third time, the staff are freindly, efficient and punctual (especially important when arriving back in uk on a cold wet night after a week in the sun) The location and proximity to Liverpool airport is also favourable. By far the most important from my perspective is that I return to my vehicle which is ready for me and in exactly the condition in which i left it in their hands.

Safe and comfortable transport to and from the parking lot to the airport. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite (even at 3am!). Good value for money and no fuss when we had to amend our booking.

after using may car parks at airports. i can honestly say this was the best in all departments.... seriously....

Very close to Liverpool Airport and cheaper that the main airport car park. Would use again if I couldn't find anywhere cheaper.

I was very pleased with the price and service - excellent. Incidentally, John Lennon airport is not a patch on Newcastle Gazza airport

I neglected to print out map/directions, assuming it would be easy to find. Had to ask a 'microphone at a security gate' further up the road, since we'd followed an old sign. Signage is not clear - but we'll know next time! [will use them again]
