Park and Ride reviews

We found it quickly,and when we arrived back the bus was waiting. The only down side for me was that my car was not locked and the key is now very hard to take out. I should add that the remote only opens the car, it has to be locked with the key.

Car park is nice and close to the airport, and the transfer was quick. Both days were cold, wet and windy, and I had lost my receipt, but the staff were efficient and friendly.

on our booking form it stated undercover/indoor parking which is the reason we booked it in the first place, unfortunately that wasn't the case, we arrived back from the airport to find our car covered in inches of ice and snow which took some considerable time to clear.

Staff are great. My car was safe and the transfers were bang in with timings. Very happy indeed. Thank you.

The service was fantastic, the guys were very polite, the drivers very helpfull, our plane was 2hrs late on landing ,the driver was there waiting and was a happy chappie with no extra fees... Super service would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.. Thanks guys for making life a lot easier than Manchester airport parking!!!

Car park easy to find . Drop off and transfer to airport as soon as we arrived. Bus was waiting for us when we got back . Out of the airport and back in the car in five minutes . Fast, courteous service. Have used before and will again.

When we arrived we gave our name, car type and handed keys in.No waiting around, straight onto a bus and dropped off at departures within a couple of minutes. On returning from our holiday, we went to the bus stop where we had been dropped off, and straight onto a bus. Picked up our keys and was told which row our car was parked in. The staff were polite, and the service was quick and very efficient. No waiting around, and was the cheapest place to park. Will definitley use this Park and Ride service again. Well done to all who work there. Excellent job.

The bottom line is how much this process adds to journey time: OUTGOING: 25 mins from pulling up at compound to us walking towards terminal at airport(due to queue at desk and full bus with no room for us). INCOMING: bus there at arrivals carpark, 4 mins from airport pickup to sitting in car on return (as we the only passengers). Team all very pleasant, car undamaged. Suggestion: if know flying at busy time allow longer.

Good directions. Transfer to airport available straight away and on return. Staff lovely and cheerful. Would recommend using this car park.
