plane was late on return flight. this created no problem and LCS had kept an eye on this and had car there on arrival

The Meet & Greet service was Outstanding, just a little suprised when we where advbised needed to pay £2.00 to get out of Car Park. I would have appretiated advise of this when handinf the Car over at the begininbg of the holiday, and not on our return, or made more clear on the Paper Work, or even when making the booking. Especially when I can get same Meet & Greet service for 2 weeks at Manchester Airport for less han what I paid for Leeds Bradford for 1 week.

Booked to drop off the car at 3:30, rang fifteen mins before hand as requested only to be told the person who was meeting us doesn't start work till 4. So we had a half hour wait when we got to the airport. We should have been told this on booking and we would have booked with someone else. The lady I spoke to wasn't exactly friendly either. On return they were there waiting which was a relief but we weren't told we would need £2 to get out of the car park, the meeter insisted it was on our confirmation but it wasn't.

Having always booked into a hotel the night before as I did not want the hassle of parking at the airport I then decided to use LCS Meet and Greet Parking and will be certainly using their services in the future. We had a great deal of assistance as my husband is in a wheelchair and I was helped into the terminal with my luggage. Upon our return we left something on the plane so my husband h was taken and put in our car and then the owner came back to make sure I was okay before leaving us. I would recommend LCS to anyone.

Arrived and greeted immediately - we were expected. Greeted with a smile, despite it being 5:30am! On our return journey the car was waiting, helped with our luggage and the lady who took care of us was still smiling...excellent service.
