The staff were friendly and the service was reliable and exactly as stated. Also the valeting service was great and it was a pleasure to return to a nice clean car!

As soon as I arrived at car park, staff took me to the airport - it took all of 2minutes to get there. LBC monitored arrivals, and though my flight was delayed, a bus was there to collect me. Very happy with the service.

This was my first time using LBA Car watch. Was initially nervous about handing my keys over, but there were no grounds for these worries as I received the car and keys back safely after a week. The place was easy to find, the registration bit was quick and efficient, and the transfer was smooth and short. The shuttle was waiting for me on my arrival back and the keys were handed over as soon as we reached my car with no further wait or paperwork required. Highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

Third time of using LBA Carwatch and their service is excellent, efficient and courteous. Our arrival was 40 mintes early and the pick up was there to transfer us back to our awaiting car

Office and area for parking looks a bit shabby and dated but service was fast, efficient and friendly. Transport was waiting on our return so no need for phone calls from the airport. Place was hard to find, especially in the dark - really need large signs on the main road to indicate the turning. Would definitely use them again.

Followed satnav to the postcode and arrived at their front door. Was quickly checked in and dropped off around the corner at Leeds Bradford Airport. We were told where the driver would be waiting when we landed and at 02.10 in the morning he was parked there waiting for us! Our car was parked ready for us ready to drive off, this is the first time I've used meet and greet and will definitely use LBA again next time we fly from this airport. Well done chaps :-)

They had all the paper work ready when we 'checked in' and knew to expect us/ which return flight we had etc - which was great. The keys were handed over no problem and told that we would be picked up on our return without needing to call. Transfered to airport straight away. Driver's are friendly. Return journey - the transfer bus was waiting for us - went straight back to pick up the car which was waiting for us. No paper work to mess around with and everything was spot on! Thank you.

The service was excellent. Booking in was easy and immediate transfer to airport. Transport was waiting on our return and keys for our car were handed over immediately. Very good value for money.

Its literally around the corner from leeds/bradford airport. The staff are very friendly and definately enjoy a bit of banter. On the return journey we were delayed by 4 hours but they were still there waiting to pick us up and no extra was charged. £15 for a weekends protected car park, worth every penny.

Very happy with the price and service. Easy drop off of keys on arrival and car parked ready to leave when the transfer bus driver brought us back, keys in hand!

I had an early flight and arrived to park at 5am. I was taken immediately to the airport. The return was as efficient and the car was ready to drive away.

In particular the guy in the reception and the pickup driver were amiable and the gentleman who picked us up on the 29 May was a lovely guy and he was more helpful with our cases as we were 2 women

I was worried when I arrived, as the office was closed and locked! The sign outside said "telephone if you wait longer than ten mins" I waited 8 mins before anyone appeared. They apologised explaining they had been moving cars. After that the paperwork and transfer were quite quick. On my return the transfer bus was waiting and whisked me a a few others back to the cars in no time at all. They are probably as close to the terminal as the most distant on site car parks!

I'll definitely use these chaps again. A much cheaper alternative to the LBA airport parking that gave us exactly what we wanted, a fast efficent transfer both on departure and arrival.

The staff are efficient and friendly. Parking is easy and the pick up and collection went without any hitch, even on the return at 00.30 in the morning! Would definitely recommend it to others both for the service they provide and the cost, money very well spent.

Going on holiday can be stressfull in its self when you have children with you, especially young children, the start of our holiday is to drop the car off, this is the second time I have used LBA car watch as the first time I was very happy with the service. Again the second time, no delays from handing over my keys, we were taken straight to the airport, then the day we collected the car again as soon we got out of the airport the transport was there waiting to pick us up. The staff are very friendly and put our cases on and off for us. When we get back our car is sat there waiting for us, its straight off the transport into our car and home, can't ask for a more smoother service! I will use every time we go away now, which is 4 x a year.

During the ash cloud when we were delayed by a week LBA continued to look after our car at mininmal cost thanks LBA.

Friendly & welcoming staff, efficient. No waiting, immediate transfer to airport & very short wait for return mainly due to plane landing early. Highly recommended.
