Very good service. Punctual and friendly trip to and from airport. Good value for money. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I have used LBA a few times. It is so much easier than parking in the main car park and having to wait for the shuttle. They are always there to meet me after my journey. Courteous efficient and extremely reliable

Easy to find and immediate transfer at 04.30 hours On return only waiting 5 minutes to be picked up and car was ready to drive off

The reception is a bit off putting but the system works great! Staff are really helpful. Service is swift and hassle free.

I have used LBA many times over the last 3 years and have never had any problems. They once obliged with jump leads when my car wouldn't start after a holiday, and were most accomodating on another occasion when my case retrieval was held up at the airport. I like their down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach too.

I was easy to book, the price was good but the service was even better we parked the car handed over the keys the staff then put our cases into the mini bus and drove us to the airport (2min's) when we arrived back there was the bus waiting to take us back to collect our car. Great service this is the second time that we have used LBA Car Watch and will continue to do so.

arriving at carpark, staff friendly no problem staright to airport. returning back at LBA airport, freezing night, snow, usually waiting for us, had to ring for them to pick us up. when given keys to my car, realised it was snowed in had to go to office and ask for help. Although they did help I thought, they did know what time we were due back and I would have thought they could have made sure I could get car out of car park as well as snow the carpark is in bad need of repair.

Inward was OK. Returning we were slow getting off the aircraft and the shuttle left. After ringing he returned and picked us up - no real inconvenience.

Good service, very easy to find and transfers very quick, just round the corner it's just 2mins away I will use this service again.

Found park easily from directions, quick and efficient book in and transfer. Transfer bus waiting for us on return and car ready for the off. Very good, I am using again in April 2013

my car wouldnt start I phoned the AA. The chap from LBA took us back to the terminal to get a coffee and wait. when the AA arrived he took him to the car then rang us and came and picked us up. all of this was over and above the service expected, my family and I were very grateful thanks

Good value for money, parking area quite basic but seems to be reasonable secure

We were greeted with friendly staff and taken straight to the airport, on return the bus was waiting for us and our car ready to get straight off home. I have already sent an e mail straight to the company as i was so pleased with the service. thank you.
