The very most you need to wait on a bus to transfer you to and from the airport terminal is 15 min, we arrived and within 2 min of parking a bus arrived to transfer us to the terminal. On the way back a bus was waiting as we exited the terminal. I have used Flightpath before and will certainly do so again, it is very good value for money and you know your vehicle will be safe.

Bus transfers were quick, there was a bus waiting at the car park ready to take us to the airport. Staff excelled themselves on our return, our car wouldn't start (had sat in the deep snow for a week) but it was no trouble for them to help, they had the equipment to help and were happy to do so. We also arrived later than scheduled but there was no extra charge. Definately recommend this car parking facility to anyone.

Car park well lit and secure, bus was punctual and frequent. Would have no problem recommending to others.

Great service, man at the gate was 100% helpful as the ticket machine spat out my ticket and it blew away so he issued me a new one as I had the confirmation email with me - not the cheapest, but highly recommended.

Excellent facilities and service althought the bus drivers need to smile and speak more!!

Transfers are regular and reliable. Previously forced to cancel a booking, full refund given promptly without question. Would not hesitate in recommending gosimply.com or NCP.

AS the flight had problems with cases delays were met. In the cirucmstances the driver took the first passengers rather than wait. This was great as it meant I had a good start against the Glasgow morning rush hour.

The transfer drivers were not looking to happy when I used the bus from the carpark and back again(not sure if it was the same driver both ways).I parked my car and went to the nearest bus stop where a bus arrived immediatly. I was really impressed with the bus waiting right outside the Terminal for my return flight which was around 12.45am arrival (this was most welcome that I did not have to find the bus stop to wait for the bus)I was travelling on my own and found the whole parking process easy to use. I think that the only thing I was not impressed with was the bus drivers who did not speak or smile. When getting my ticket to leave the 2 office staff were friendly even at that time of the night.

The booking system was simple, staff helpful and the parking lot was well laid out. The bus service to the airport took only minutes and dropped us staight at the door. Altogether a great experience and we will use the company again.

Regular and quick transfers,even at 04.30am.I managed to leave my printed confirmation in the hotel,so was little worried this might cause problems upon our return.Helpful staff and a quick check on the computer and i was on my way home.I will definatly use this facility again.

the car park was nearly full on arrival, but only took 5 to 10 mins to find a space. the bus route was not clearly marked but was fairly obvious. took note of where the car was. the bus was clean and driver was friendly and efficient. Getting back was not as good, my fault, left from different exit and got soaked, driver again was friendly and stayed an extra couple of mins so we could all get on. will use again & ordered online so was extremely good value.

We saw the coach waiting to taken passengers to the airport as we parked. Unfortunately we hurried and consequently did not take sufficient time to 'mark' our position in the car park. When we returned late at night we wandered around trying to find it in the dark. Dont make our mistake! Giving the customers a little map to mark their car position would be helpful and not costly. Instead of just marking areas with A.B.C etc each row being numbered as well would be good. Landing late at night in the dark can be confusing!

Very conveniently located carpark. Efficient bus service to and from airport, with friendly stff all round. Thankyou.

Buses ran more infrequent than suggested. No system available to help passengers to be able to load their luggage easily. Not a smile in sight! More customer care needed.
