Car park was fine, bus drops you right of at door and picked us up very quickly, however directions to find where in accurate, we had to stop at B.P. garge for directions.

I book in advance and have always found it the simple way to park and access the airport without any hassle.

from booking to coming home was hassle free and and easy to use would highly recommend and will use again

Great value for money booking online. Easy to find, and close to the airport. Transfer bus is regular and takes you directly to departure gate. Would highly recommend to others.

good location of park at rear of airport. easy to find and enter. Take a ticket at barrier which you keep. park your car and proceed either to nearest bus stop or reception area. We found a space yards from the entrance, unloaded the car, and walked a few yards to the bus stop. after waiting a few minutes, under cover, the bus arrived and we were in the airport approx. 5/6 mins later. the bus dropped us off right outside the departure door. on return we didnot have to phone. the bus arrived within 3/4 mins again right outside the arrivals door. on arrival at the park you take your ticket to the reception are are given an exit ticket for the barrier machine. very quick and efficient. although not the cheapest we had used this park previously and found it the most convenient. will use again without any hesitation.

Pre payment is very good value for money, the service was very good, the buses were very prompt. Good Service.

We had quite a long wait for a coach to arrive. Not sure how long now but was a good ten minutes after all the other buses, i/e airparks,flying scot amd others had left. At bus stop in the carpark the driver did not open middle door of the bus??? so had to struggle with cases to the front door. At the office it took another 5 minutes or so to get attention. A bell on the door might work. I realise people are not at there best at 0300hrs and having tried most of the other companies this was not the worst experienced.

I travel a lot throughout the year and i always Use NCP flightpath. I find the experience hassell free. I have recommended friends and family to share my experience and I will definately continue to book with go simply and use NCP for future trips

When we arrived back and went to validate our ticket, the attendant was very slow and irritating. It took us about 20minutes to validate our ticket! It certainly wasn't quick and simple. We has a very tiresome journey home and were tired and extremely hungry, but the attendand was being deliberately slow and pernickety!!

I parked my car at NCP Flightpath for 10 days. The charges were reasonable, transfers were fast and staff helpful

Cost cutting in extreme very poor parking spaces holes all over the road and spaces themselves full of water filled potholes.Check-in and out very poor especially out,operator gave the impression he was doing me a favour rather than her job. Cheap and cheerless.

Being a first timer, I found that the whole experience ,from booking on-line through to leaving, was simple, quick and the staff were very helpfull and friendly. Information supplied like directions and contact No's were also very useful. Could be cheaper (what couldn't)!

we parked our car and within 5 minutes we were picked up by the free bus which dropped us off at the airport. when we returned the free bus was waiting for us and we got dropped off at our car. we then went to the office to recieve our ticket as we had prepaid and was met by a very friendly chap who assisted us before we exited the car park a fantastic service and wont hesitate to use again

Waited around when we landed for a wee while and tehn on coach before he set off. Felt could have been a quicker turn around.

The buses were regular and the car park was easy to find. I would have no problem using this car park again.

we had a late flight back from spain which was delayed i did not collect the car on the date i was meant to due to being so late and thought i may have to pay for another day but, the customer advisor when i went in the morning was very understanding and helpful and did not charge me extra. it was only a few extra hours but i'm quite sure many others would have. because of this common sense approach i will definitely use this facility again transfers were every 15 mins and took you right to your car great service highly reccomended

the staff were very helpful bus service was on time friendly driver great location carpark very secure.I will use this carpark again

Facilities, pricing etc were excellent but I am on kidney dialysis and I was travelling with my 80 year old mother. On our return trip, not only did the driver not budge to help us, he completely ignored me when I twice asked him if I was in zone 2. On the third occasion he pointed at a sign in the distance. Incredibly unhelpful!
