Car park really close to the airport. Bus transfers took no time at all. On arrival back at 3.30am, bus waiting to take me to my car. I liked the fact that I parked the car and kept my keys. The car park was well lit up and there were plenty of bus stops around the car park so it didn't really matter where you parked. I would certainly use this facility again.

When we got to the bus terminal the bus was full leaving 6 adults and 2 children standing it was freezing cold we were told by the driver that another bus would be along in 5mins this was not the case we had to wait another 15 mins in which time every other bus passed except flightpath experience was not good!

The service had been modified due to the recent incident at Glasgow, and we had to use Car Park 1 instead of the long term car park. Flightpath staff were friendly and gave concise instruction, which was easy to follow. The transfer option was not applicable as we parked fairly close to the terminal.

Price was good, comparable with others further from the airport. Pick up and drop off on the way to the airport was excellent. On the way home however the bus was full very quickly and a number of families had to wait for the next bus...and wait...and wait. When it did turn up some 20+ minutes later it was the same driver and the same bus! We had all assumed there would be another bus given the number of people who didn't get on in the first place. When we arrived at the NCP Car Park there was indeed a number of stationary buses sitting there.

Bus drivers were friendly and helpful. We had to wait a long time for a bus - more than 20 minutes despite advertised timing being 5 to 10 minutes between buses - and this meant that the bus was packed and there was not enough space for all luggage. However, it was very close to the airport which is always a bonus.

Good facilities and cannot complain about the outward journey other than a slight problem with the directions provided. On return though, the driver of the coach did not ask where anyone was parked, drove far too fast and aggressively to the car park, causing passengers who were forced to stand to almost lose their footing on a number of occasions. Driver was not courteous or helpful to passengers, a number of whom had small children. On arrival at the car park, again driver toured the area too quickly and despite being asked to stop both verbally and by use of the button on board, did not do so resulting in no pasengers alighting from the bus before the driver was on the way back to the terminal building! On being requested to drive around the car park again to drop passengers off close to their vehicles, driver refused causing an elderly couple and two families with children and one with a baby in a baby carrier to alight from the bus near the entrance and walk the full length of the car park with luggage and children in tow. Complaint made to on duty supervisor who stated that the driver was temporarily employed and did not have full training provided to full time members of staff. This did not help any of the passengers on board this particular bus! Not a great way to end a holiday.

Car park fine, but we were with another couple and we all got lost, could do with more sign posts especially on the road leading up to the car park, but otherwise good value for money. Bus drivers were really helpful by telling us what to do on our arrival back to Glasgow.

We arrived early morning, and lots of other people arrived after us but got on the small coach before us because they went to different pick-up point, the coach being too small to take us by the time it reached our stop. we were unlucky, and it was peak season, but it was frustrating and made us arrive quite late in the long check-in queue. if there was an extra coach on duty it would have made for less stress overall. however, peak times are peak times!

The airport parking was close to the terminal and took only 3 mihnutes to transfer - my wife left her purse in the car and it was absolutely no problem to take the bus back to the bay to collect it with no undue delays. I also went back to the car to collect an SD music card for my music player that I had left - after checking in - so no problems whatsoever there. Good to know that no-one can take you car anywhere as you have the keys at all times. Only worry was a severely damaged car sitting right next to the pick-up point on arrival - oops. All was well with our car though when we got back home.

We flew on the day after the terrorist incident. Buses were running from the car park but were stopped from going close to the terminal due to security issues. Accurate information was obtained by phone directly from the car park earlier on the day. On the return trip, the bus stop had been moved, again due to security, but was clearly signposted and there were no difficulties.

Did not have to wait for bus to transfer us in either direction - very quick and straightforward service. But the car park was very nearly full, and buses in both directions were packed with luggage and people - the people who were standing with their bags at the front of the bus had to move both themselves and their luggage in order to allow others to gain access to their cases and to proceed to the exit.

Arrived at 03.15, located space close to bus stop, driver had followed us to space and waited until we unloaded car and got on bus, obviously this wouldn't happen at peak period, but at that time in the morning it was appreciated, and got holiday off to a good, if early start.

Whole system of parking a bad experience including shuttle bus to airport and return. Compared with other long stay car parks I have used, and other shuttle services both in this country and abroad a very bad service. Company could do well to take a tip or two from other not so well known parking services. Also advertise within airport parking. Rubbish, not the most accessible of car parks. Will definitely never use again. Would rather pay a bit more for a decent service.

First time i have used this service, will use it again. car park very easy to find and after parking car, made way to nearest bus shelter, was in airport within 15 minutes. certainly cuts out the hassle of waiting for people to collect u or them waiting around for you. on return i was on motorway within 20 minutes of leaving the terminal building.

When I arrived at carpark I found the staff in the office very helpful. I appreciated this as I hadn't used their service before, but I will be recommending and using this safe and secure parking whenever I travel. Thank you very much for a terrific service.

This is the 3rd time I have used the NCP Flightpath Car Park at Glasgow Airport. I find it safe and secure to leave my car here, it is very handy for the terminals, the bus is prompt in both directions. It would be nice if the car park staff could offer to assist with the luggage on/off the bus, though.

We were notified of flight time changes shortly before travelling. I notified NCP Flightpath of these changes and a revised e-car park voucher was issued very quickly. The transfer arrangements were excellent and with buses running very frequently. The transfer coach driver was very friendly and helpful, and the car park attendant was polite when booking out of the car park on our return. I have used NCP Flightpath Glasgow on many occasions now and the service has always been first class. I will definitely use this facility when flying out of Glasgow airport. I thoroughly recommend this facility. In summary, a reliable service and excellent value for money. Well done NCP Flightpath Glasgow!

Making the booking on the internet was simple, and if that isn't good enough you also save a great deal of money in comparison to some other airport parking facilities. The transfers are quick and the buses are quite roomy too. I reccomend people to use these services. Thanx very much.

Being able to park across from the terminal and being able to take my blue badge with me meant I had the best of both worlds. I have travelled for many years, but this was for me the icing on the cake and I will certainly let my friends know about the great service and the really helpful staff!!

We found the car park from the directions supplied, no problem! The "car park" itself is very rough, with lots of pot holes, which cant be good for your car's suspension! I also found that when I came back, the car next to me had parked so close I couldnt get in the driver's door.
