the carpark was excellent. the staff were particularly helpful. they even phoned APH for me when it turned out that the car park had no record of my booking (APH had not sent them the details) I would definately use this car park again, but not booked through APH.

Prompt transfer to and from the terminal. Car park was very close to the terminal meaning a quick transfer time. Easy to find and plenty of spaces. Good value for money. Will use again for next business trip.

on arriving back on the bus when entering car park driver did not announce the number of the bus stops we were approaching this led to confusion he would not go back to stops people had missed

well worth booking online in advance, cheapest online without having to make any sacrifices regarding safety, or speed of transfer. would always choose this option personally.

If it's service that's keen and attentive - comes with a smile and leaves you feeling a valued customer - sorry - not included in the price. But it does what it says on the tin and is very competitive in price. To be fair though after watching the bus leave just before we had completed collecting our bags and after a fifteen minute wait in the cold for the next - our driver did give us a smile. Perhaps he'd not work there for long. Cheap it is - cheery it ain't.

The transfer to and from the airport were excellent. However on leaving the car park and entering my ticket in to the barrier I was asked to pay £15.50 after having already paid for the parking on line. I then had to reverse back from the barrier and go to the customer help desk where on production of my on line booking details I was given a pass to exit the car park without any further payment. I could have done without the hassle at 11.30 at night.

just what is needed when there are other travel pressures around. To know that there is a good standard of service let me and my family (including a 3 year old) get our holiday off to a very good start, this is very important and not to be underestimated. I would suggest you were part of our holiday experience not just an addition to it, we paid a small amount extra compared to the use of other car parks but this was worth it.

Excellent service I will return without any doubt. I have only 1 negative comment being that it is a pity that users dont consider fellow users and keep to one space. On my last vist I found 4 cars double parked while trying to park my car ;-(

Parking was easy to arrange online, confirmation of booking received by email with clear directions to find the car park. Did not have to wait long for the transfer bus either to or from the airport.

I would strongly recommend using this car park even if you are only using it for a day. There are sufficient spaces, the transfers are quick and frequent and staff are helpful.

had to open and rummage through baggage for online reciept, which i showed on my flight departure. iwas fialy given a new card. i will definitely not use this park again. no marked bays. poor lighting.Ground was loose gravel.

We were runnning late so it was very handy to be so close to the terminal building. It's worth a few extra pounds to be this close. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The carpark was easy to find and the coach service to and from the airport was very good.

Prior to the date of our stay, we went to the park to make sure that we knew where we were going. I spoke with the attendant who confirmed that we had a booking and he ran throughn the procedure with me. On the morning of our trip, we got a space near to a bus stop and we waited only 5 minutes for the bus. When we reached the airport, the driver told us where to get the bus on return. On our return, we waited only between 10 and 15 minutes for the bus. in the office, the man at reception was curteous and friendly. Ideal, thanks.

Car park was easy to locate. There was adequate parking and we found a spot right next to a bus stop, locked the car and made our way to the waiting bus. A couple of minutes later we were conveniently dropped off at the door of the airport. On return, there was a coach waiting. A few minutes later we were in the car and heading home. A great service all round.
