Found DP quickly & easily - directions were very helpful. Girl at barrier was pleasant and clear, and I found a good space within a minute or so. Bus arrived quickly following arrival back at GLA and we were in our car and on our way within 25 mins of stepping outside the airport. Can't fault the experience.

Very straight forward experience from booking to arriving at the car park and returning from holiday, will be using again in the future.

Was told to find a space and then go to the bus that was it.Fine for us as we have parked there many times,but for new customers not a warm welcome!

As soon as we arrived we were met by driver who helped with luggage and went straight to airport no delay. Both staff and drivers could not be more helpful. On return i did not have time to phone but was no problem to the driver. An excellent service on both legs of our journeys......makes such a difference

Swift check in. No waiting on transfer to airport. Lovely driver who helped with cases. Bus waiting outside the airport on return to take us to pick up car. Hassle free. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have used Direct Parking and find it excellent value with friendly and helpful staff who offer a very efficient service. I will certainly use them again.

On arrival at the car park, I drove in and our car was instantly checked in through the use of CCTV so we didn't even have to leave the car. There were plenty of spaces to choose from due to the size of the parking area. Our cases were stored in the trailer and we were taken straight away to the airport which took less than 5 minutes where we were dropped off right outside the terminal building. On our return, I called the number given and we only had to wait 15 minutes for the bus to collect us. Again, the CCTV allowed us to check out instantly and we were on our way home. I would thoroughly recommend using Direct Parking.

This parking suited our needs and is easy to find and near the airport.

Even though our flight was delayed 3 hours I wasn't charged any extra and the bus was waiting on our arrival , first class

we booked this as we had an early morning flight. directions were easy to follow. car park was safe and well lit. the staff on arrival were helpul and pleasant. the transfer prompt and the driver helpful. would def use this facility again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. was cheaper than using a taxi for the journeys

I have used Direct parking on numerous occasions during the last year and I have always had good service and had no complaints whatever. They are efficient and very competatively priced in comaparison with others in the area

I would not choose to park there again, on arriving back from holiday we had to queue for mini bus there was not enough seats for us all to go back on we had to wait for another bus in the cold. The location of the car park was horrible it looked liked a dumping sight on the way to park your car . i would not recommend this parking sight.

My only grip would be due to the way other users took up almost 2 places which meant I was at the furthest corner of the car park having to go there on my own in the dark, then having to de-ice the car, but I did feel safe, just isolated

Friendly staff at check in and on the bus. We were not kept waiting, so it felt similar to a personal taxi service.

I have used direct parking several times, wouldn't consider anywhere else. I find it easily accessible, never experienced any problems. I would highly recommend the facilities and services provided.
