Very close to the airport. Very limited customer facilities but with almost immediately pick ups, it doesn't matter. Drivers very friendly and extremely helpful.

Overall a good experience, good secure car park just off st James interchange heading back in towards Paisly. the only bad point is the co-ordinates and postcode when entered into a sat-nav sent me in the wrong direction,the web site needs to be updated with a new code to put into the sat-nav.

Directions on the email were perfect. Time from parking to transfer excellent and pick up time from arrival just right. Would use and recommend this again

Excellent service waited no more than 5mins at either end driver very helpful would have no hesitation in using direct parking again and close to the airport so short transfer all in all First Class

Access to and from the M8 was very easy, which is great when you just want to get on the road home without any hassle.

After travelling back from tenerife on a delayed evening flight leaving 28 degrees, we arrived back to 3 degrees and a flat battery. The car park staff were very helpful and had us up and running in no time at all. Many thanks to them all for their assistance.

One suggestion. When leaving Direct Parking, one normally wants to access the M80 either West or East. The signpost indicating which exit to take at the main roundabout was not apparent at that time of night and we got lost for a while. Perhaps the Local Authority could be advised to make this clearer. Otherwise, we had a very uneventful and comfortable trip. Thanks.

Close to airport, easy to access, quick transfers. I have used several parks for Glasgow airport and this is the best if not the cheapest

After a 4 hour delay into Glasgow at 5AM the Direct Parking driver saw it fit to let everyone on the bus apart from me, my wife and 4 MONTH old baby in the pouring rain, because we were at the back of the queue!!! Further to this, not one of the other passengers offered to let the baby on. The response from the driver was to shrug his shoulders! It is absolutely disgusting. Don't use direct park, you cant even find them with your SAT NAV, if you try, it takes you to some farm nowhere near. Then you have to call up and get directions from someone who dose not speak English well. Absolute disaster.

I could not fault the pickup on my return, called the office on arrival and by the time I collected my luggage the bus was waiting. Superb Service

On way out was very quiet so no problem. On way home were too many people for one little bus we were first and I was holding my small baby. Driver could not speak English did not have any ability to organise or communicate and people all pushing in front and trying to get luggage in back. Driver then started telling people too get off as not enough room. Bit of a shambles really

Good service over the years that I've used Direct Parking. It's easy to find the car park, the transfer bus is large enough to ferry pasengers to and from the airport, and we were picked up on time on our return from Lanzarote.
