Easy to use, didn't even have to phone for bus on return it was already there. My only minor criticism is on arrival there could be a sign pointing where the emptiest part of the car park is. When you drive in it doesn't tell you which way to go, I drove into the busiest car park and wasted time looking for a space. I only realised there was a near empty carpark next to this when I passed it on the shuttle bus.

Transfer to the airport was terrible, drivers seem more concerned about their shift change than transferring passengers! Full minibus of people left sitting for 10 minutes waiting on new driver to arrive, not ideal. Will not use service again.

No problems encountered. You find your own parking space then take your luggage to the shuttle bus. You keep your car keys. On returning you phone to book in for the transfer back to the car park and the bus is waiting outside. I would use this car park again.

Been using your first class facilities for past few years . If travelling out off Glasgow I don't consider anyone else. Your prices compared to everyone else are the best and service to match . Thank you AJM

On arrival hopped straight on a mini bus & on return only a 5 minute wait. Bus stops outside terminal so won't get wet or have too far to walk with luggage if you have any.

Easy and secure parking with swift mini-bus transfer to airport. Return pick-up to car park equally efficient even with 02.30am flight arrival.

Had to park away at the back so had to walk to the gates for bus and at 2.00 am had to walk from bus all the way to the car again just glad not raining. All the other drop offs i've used take you around the compound dropping you near your car.

Very happy people for early hours in the morning. Good way to start your holiday, very helpful loaded out luggage in the trailer and dropped us off right outside the terminal. But confused on the home trip as glasgow airport had the road shut so there stop had moved but same good service in the way back. Was happy to see my little car! Thank you! :)

I always use Direct Parking, because they never let me down. The transfer is quick and the bus is always waiting for me. No more waiting for taxis - I am always home before my friends.

Only complaint they have done away with bus stops within the car park thus making you walk with your luggage to the front gate and back to your car not a great experience when its pouring with rain

One observation, anyone who is elderly or infirm would benefit from being dropped off nearer their vehicles as was the case some years ago.

Cheapest one available and only five minutes from airport. I would highly reccomend.

Having used Direct Parking Glasgow twice so far this year I would no longer consider asking friends or family to drop me at the airport. The service provided by the friendly staff is excellent and transfers are quick and efficient. Thank you.

Convenient and good value for money. Good as they dont move your car so you know where to find it on your return !! Have used before and will use again !

No problem, hassle free arrangements with well organised secure parking. Staff were all efficient and courteous throughout. The overall experience I would rate as excellent value for money. Will happily use Direct Parking again.
