The service was excellent and great value for money. Our driver to the airport could have cheered up a little bit but it was silly o'clock in the morning :)

My husband and I have just returned from another long haul holiday,on 14th Sep,and we have always used Flying Scot Parking for customer service,facilities, and staff,would give special mention,and top marks to the chap who picked us up on Tuesday last on our return,did'nt get his name unfortunately,we were very tired after 26hrs,airports and flying,on our flight to Glasgow from Dubai,he picked us up at the airport approx 12:30 pm, he was so so pleasant and helpful,it was good to get home, and be met by someone as nice, top marks to him,and Flying Scot,be back in April again to use.

We arrived at flyingscot (2 adults and 8 month old). Easy confirmation of booking, cases were loaded on to mini bus straight away by driver. Another couple arrived just as we were getting ready to leave so we waited on them which was fine as only took 5 minutes. Bus took about 5 minutes to get to airport and driver unloaded cases/buggy when there. On arrival back at Glasgow I phoned the courtesy number to let them know we were back bus was at collection point by time we got there, bus was full on return but again quick service and v easy collection of keys. We also got our car cleaned while we were away and this was definitely worth the money. Would absolutely use flyingscot again.

will definately use your company again next year. Very clear directions on booking confirmation form and had no problems finding your car park.

Could be doing with a clearer map to show the way to the parking area when you book.

the workers were very frendly and helpfull and depot was well sign posted for to pick up car when arriving so for easy exit

Quick and simple to use. Staff were friendly, I didn't have to wait too long for either drop off or pick up and i've already booked them for my next trip this weekend leaving from Edinburgh this time.

We have used Flying Scot for many years at both Glasgow and Edinburgh,the booking process is simplicity itself wether over the phone or online, (online is so,so,simple), by phone, the staff are excellent and very helpful. This year we booked my wifes car in via the online service for three weeks, confirmation E.Mail recieved within 2 minutes, the night before travelling we had to change to my car, i called Glasgow and the guy changed the details in 2 or 3 minutes. On arrival at Flying Scot the next night checking in was a piece of cake all the paperwork and details were correct for my car and within 5 mins we were off on the very short journey to Glasgow Airport assisted in luggage carrying by a very courteus and friendly coach driver. All in all an excellent service that gives you peace of mind about the care and security of your car while you're off sunning yourself..... use it enjoy it!!!

when we arrived the reception was polite and helpful, the transfer was already there waiting for us and our driver was cheery and chatty. when we arrived at the airport he gave us clear instructions for when we returned. on the way home again the staff were once again very helpful and friendly and our car was just as we'd left it (although id expected it to be dirtier after a fortnight lol) will defo use againa as i feel they were great value for money and our car was safe in their hands, thanx to all the team!

as always outstanding service from flying scot they certainly know how to relax you and look after you before and on returning from holiday

no real complaint, but we had to wait quite a long time to be picked up from the terminal after we called to say we had arrived

Treated with the utmost courtesy on arrival and departure, Professional in dealing with us ,bus service to and from the airport was only 4 minutes each way first class . Would recommend FLYINGSCOT to my friends and family . Keep up the good work.
