There was no public transport at a very early hour (03:30am)and taxi companies were very expensive making the cost of the Long stay option more attractive especially considering not having to take the risk of a potential clitch with any taxi booking.

Nothing more needs to be said - it was what every traveller wants and needs. Efficient, value for money.

This was the first time we'd used this car park having previously parked a bit further away nearer the north terminal (summer special.) Having pre-booked a space we found the number plate recognition system to be fast and efficient.

This was the easiest, cheapest option for getting to the airport. Cheaper and easier than the Gatwick Express.

Very easy to find, no need for Sat Nav (does not work in the Gatwick area anyway). Very close to airport, one could walk there. Keep the keys. simply PAINLESS Defenitevly will use it again and recommend to friends and colleagues

Because I have no printer, I did not have a printout of all the details with me, so was a little concerned whether I was in the correct park when I arrived, and could not, or rather did not have time to find anyone. But otherwise everything was very good.

I booked on line and when I arrived at the car park the number plate recognition did not recognise my number plate so accessed the car park like any other paying customer, however, On leaving the car park I was asked to pay £26.00 but I had already paid online. I had to go to the customer service desk and explain that I had already paid. Staff were friendly and helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I used to use APH and Airparks in Crawley but I will only park here from now on. Thanks

It would have been less traumatic had the machine picked up that we had prepaid and not paid had to pay £104 to get out. There was no record of us or our car.

The whole process ran very smoothly for us. We parked the car and walked to a bus stop, the coach arrived within 5 mins and took us to the airport. On our return, there was a coach waiting at the bus stop which took us back to the car park. My only complaint would be the price, but I think this would have been cheaper if we'd booked in advance, so probably our own fault!

I was especially pleased the way the number plate recognition worked. Frequent bus transfers and excellent value for money. I will certainly use this service again.

Easy to use, great value and would definitely take up the service gain.

Too expensive, but hey that's airport parking. Good wide spaces and keep your keys with you.

Kids parking next to the bus stop (that is so fantastic), great directions, clear instructions, value for money, regular bus service. First time I have parked my car at the airport but it was so easy and therefore relaxing I would definitely use this service again. Thank you. I had the benefit of arriving back to Gatwick at 3 in the morning - the buses were still running frequently and there was no traffic going home - brilliant

the only bad thing i have to say is that it mentions in the documentation that the zone will be printed on the ticket. My zone wasn't printed so I was a bit confused on where to park and I went to airport information on my return. However there was a friendly man when i was about to go out of the car park and he said that as long I has my car's registration printed on the ticket, I would be fine and the barrier will come up. That's exactly what happened and I was on my way home :)

Easy to locate, efficient signposting to available spaces and reliable bus service. We had no issues at all (early morning arrival) with little wait for a bus. Hint: The monorail between terminals is frequent and very quick. So even if you're flying from the North terminal (as we were) and the South Terminal Car Park is cheaper, I recommend saving the money for the sake of a 5 minute monorail ride.

Great experience. I have read other reviews and I agree that it can be a little confusing in terms of noting where you parked. There is a space to record it on the back of your parking card but I made a mental note after reading the reviews on here. Transfer came within minutes and a bus was waiting when we returned. I had a toddler and am pregnant and the driver helped me with my bags etc. I also can't fault customer services as my car battery was completely flat when I returned and after informing them, someone was there within ten minutes to jump start it. Would definitely use them again.

Could not fault the service we received, everything was clearly sign posted and the coach transfer was quick. Would certainly use again.

My car was parked for over 3 weeks with no problems. Long Stay South suits me because I prefer to park and retain my keys and have quick transfers to the terminal.

easy entry to car park, very close to terminal 2, easy to find space, keep keys to car, walked less than 50m to nearest pick up point, waited less than 2 mins for pick up, only 3- 4 mins to south terminal , on return walked out of terminal, bus waiting, wait less than 2 mins on bus before departing, back to car park in 3 to 4 mins and on the road in 5 mins. brilliant, have used this car park several times and will continue to do so. Much better than going off site.

As we pre-booked, it was a little confusing what we should do when we arrived - more signs would be good. Apart from that - a good experience
