Arrived and ANPR cameras recognised car registration, printed ticket and opened barrier. Transfer bus was 5 mins waiting and 5 mins to terminus. Got back 3 weeks later and ticket was recognised as pre paid, barrier opened, job done.

You get to keep your keys with you so that nobody is driving about in your car whilst you are away. You never have to wait long for a bus, enabling you to get home as quickly as possible.

Frustrating to see the indicator board saying Bus would arrive in 2 minutes then to wait about 10 minutes and indicator board changed to indicate 'next Bus in 10 minutes'

Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport we realised the dates for our long stay were wrong! I'm not sure how this happened but clearly we hadn't checked the dates when we downloaded them. As a result we had to pay a further £74. This is just a warning to others to check their booked dates.

signage in could be better but easy parking, well lit, good surfaces and bays. Easy departure - 2 minutes and out. Very convenient for airport hotel and departures

I would recommend this car parking service. The price was OK (could always be cheaper but that's airports), however, we left our brand new Audi G7 in the car park for 3 days and were happy to do so. The car park felt safe and secure, well lit and the bus transfers were as frequent as advertised.

My number plate was not recognised on entry, so I had to pop into the office on exit. This was late at night, but the office is staffed 24 hours and it took about a minute for it to be sorted out and I was on my way

Lower mark for staff as I didn't need to see anyone (other than the bus driver) so I can't really give a mark. However the rest of the experience was great. Really easy and straight forward

Most impressed with the ticket at the barrier had all information on entry ticket, so just had to insert parking ticket in exit barrier to exit car park.

When we drove up to the Long stay south parking I thought we were in the wrong place as it was right on the airport site. Having been used to travelling from Stansted I was expecting to be parking MILES away. Car number plate recognition when we pulled up to the barrier made us feel like a VIP (we'd booked online a few days before). The free areas to park were clearly marked and everything sign posted so that you can jot it down as it would soon go out of your head once enjoying your holiday. Our transfer bus was along within a few moments and the amusing jolly happy bus driver (at 8am in the morning after an early start) really got us in the holiday mood and certainly raised some smiles and a few giggles amongst the passengers. Took about five minutes to get the terminal - perfect start to a getaway. Couldn't fault it at all and price was very reasonable. 10/10!

Spaces were well marked out as to which area you needed to go to. The actual spaces were wide and long (my car is huge) and markings were highly visible for you to remember where you parked (can be written on your ticket). Bus drivers were efficient and helpful and felt the whole experinece was organised. Thank you

I book parking on south terminal but i took wrong turn and i find myself on north terminal. I park there, and when i get back staff rebook my parking without any problem.

Friends we were with had a flat battery in their car and they were on the move almost before we could finish loading our car! Would definately use again

Eighty five pounds for 17 days was OK...much cheaper than the drive-up price ...also no extra charge for the flight being 2hrs. late on return.

Arrived at 4am in the rain and the bus was ready and waiting; return took slightly longer but was fine. Will use again.

Easy to get to and park. Felt my car was secure. Didnt have to leave keys. etc etc. Slightly slow pick up in the cold weather, but ok

Average! Leaving the car park after a long day was a headache. Ticket would not open the barrier, I was asked to pay £13 however I had paid in advance. I had to go to the customer service desk for the ticket to be validated to be able to leave.
