Not having to wait for someone to pick you up to take you miles of-site to pick up your car, which could have been left anywhere while you were away, gives piece of mind in that you know exactly where it is and where to find it. "GREAT"

Excellent service, straight into a space. Felt safe leaving the car there. Straight on the Bus to the Terminal, Straight on the Bus and out of the car park for the return trip! Friendly staff, excellent service, easy to book, and value for money

As most of carpark was closed and u could only use zone a it was hard to find a space

I had two problems and both were sorted with the excellent help of the staff. First was not being able to remember where my vehicle was but the bus driver was exceedingly helpful in finding it. Second was a flat battery. A very helpful chap boosted my car and got me going. Again exceedingly helpful he told me a few things I didn't know about how to boost my make & model of car. And the best thing was I didn't have to pay! All part of the excellent service. I will definately use again and recommend to my friends & colleagues. Thanks.

Totally faultless experience and we will be booking again next month. We are owners abroad, flying out of Gatwick regularly and the service, in addition to the competitive pricing, means that we will always put LSSP at the top of our list! The extra distance to North Terminal is hardly noticeable and well worth the saving.

Wanted parking where I kept hold of my car keys with the assurance my car will be safe. This parking was slightly more expensive then the car parks that keep your car keys but was worth the bit extra. Buses were on time and no problems parking/exiting. Will use again.

arriving and leaving at barier was good no delays and system worked well. had to wait for coach for about 10 minutes which was fine. friendly pleasant driver on return. all fine . Cost was OK also.

Car park seemed very secure - quick and easy to get to the airport - buses come around every 5-10 minutes

I flew from north terminal but choose the south terminal as this as cost effective and very easy to get to north terminal via the train. All in all very good

although we just missed a bus to the terminal, we knew exactly when the next one would arrive. Also the shelter was covered so we were protected from the rain. Overall a very good experience.

Parking so close to the airport reduced stress. Cars are safe. Bus to and from airport frequent. Would use again.

Both my recent visits the exit ticket machine tried to charge me again. I had to use the office service which took several minutes whilst the lady dealt with several other issues. Very annoying when all you want to do is get home!

Really easy to find and very easy to use. The car park is in the airport perimeter so it's really quick for transfers and the buses run very frequently which was great when getting off the plane late at night. No hanging around waiting for others before you get taken to your car unlike offsite parking.

having to run a public house it is difficult to rely on any one to take and pick us up from the airport,this made the whole travelling experience really easy and non stressful,even when we were two hours late getting back our bus was both punctual and speedy,and the driver made us feel at ease after a difficult flight

System has changed to one that was in place for several years. Eventually realised that we were in the right car park and all was well. Whe we returned from holiday the ticket would not let us out, so we had to sort it out with the man in the office on site. Otherwise all up to the usual high standard. Thanks Tim & team.

First time I have used long stay parking for some years, but depsite being a bit apprehensive about it, everything worked just fine. Will use again next time.

We followed someone else's tip and parked in south terminal even though we were flying from north (because it was cheaper). We parked in one of the reserved for families spaces right next to the bus stop and didn't have to wait too long for a bus to the terminal. A quick monorail ride to north terminal (which my daughter loved) and we were away. Same when we arrived back, lots of space on the bus for everyone (surprising how much room our family of four needs when going on holiday with buggies and truncki's etc etc!) Definitely worth paying an extra few quid to park at the airport.

No airport parking is cheap anymore. This, however was easy to access, secure and efficient. Would definitely use again.

We used the car park even though we were flying from the North Terminal as cheaper than the on-Airport parking at that terminal. Staff there to assist you find a parking spot. Regular buses and a few mins from the Terminal. Would use again and would recommend to others.
