Very convenient parking for the south terminal. Transfers run on time and are very efficient. Good value for money compared with having to park offsite.

Great service going, coming back not so good. Time for next bus arrival seems to be very elastic. Not many busses on for a busy Saturday afternoon - only saw 1 working - but usually a good service.

pre paid on line, just turn up and take your parking ticket and barrier goes up then follow signs for avaialable parking. write down where you park. i mislaid my parking ticket by using a different handbag on return trip so it was packed in suitcase but staff were very good and printed me off another so we could get out.

Parking easy as usual but due to volume of passengers and lack of buses the buses were full before they reached our stop so we had to wait nervously for another. On the way back the bus stop information sign said buses every 10 mins your next one will be along in 15mins. Great

Good service, friendly staff, easy to find and use, however waiting time from the airport back to the car park was nearly 20 minutes and not 10.

Initially I had trouble finding the website, all sorts of misleading threads but once at the right place everything was very smooth and hassle free. The actual act of parking was simple due to the excellent directions, our arrival coincided with the arrival of a transfer bus and we were in the terminal within minutes. The return was just as efficient and we exited the car park less than 15 minutes after leaving the airport terminal. All in all a very calming and re-assuring experience and at a very reasonable cost.

I normally use an off airport car park but they were not open on Christmas Day. The transfer at either end of my flight was quick and easy and saved me at least half an hour each way which made up for the price difference. Works as advertised!

Staff were very helpful. It is signposted really well. Very regular transfers to the airport. Our flight was late arriving back to London but there was no problems with parking. Looking forward to using the service again.

Easy to use with reliable shuttle buses that did not keep us waiting. On leaving, we said to each other - "well that was easy."

Good clear signage to available parking areas, informative bus stops with a frequent service. Nice clean buses, prompt transit to terminal both on outbound on invound journey. Particularly enjoyed waving at friends from your bus as they waited for their car to be returned to them at the terminal. Many thanks.

Very convenient way to park for the south terminal. Our travel was at the middle of October so, I guess there were no many passengers. You can find a cheaper way to park but for extra quids you buy convenience

Excellent value for money, felt safe leaving my car there. Bus service was brilliant, didn't have to wait long. Would def use again, and would highly recommend

We did not have to wait very long in either direction, and had allowed plenty of time for eventualities.

Only one thing row numbers in black hard to read in dark and very small

Very easy, we booked on-line, and just pulled up, got ticket and parked. Took keys with us, the ticket has spaces on the back to write parking details. Couldn't be easier. Very pleased. Would definately use again.

When I booked parking I confirmed my flight details which should have indicated I was flying from North terminal. The transfer bus only went to south terminal and we had to then take transfer train. This was a pain especially on our return from holiday. Why cant the bus drive straight to north terminal after south wait at north 5mins then return to south to collect south. However I prefer parking in the airports own parking rather than off site in some other private authorised parking.

My whole experience was spoilt on our return. Returned to UK after midnight 12/09/13. Came out to a big queue and found the driver mocking! The queue was long to get on the bus but as we had our 4 year old son with us we were in no hurry to get on despite the cold weather. However, I found the driver to be favouring the family ahead of us and as they got on he was mocking us that there was no room for us. I felt he was being racist! He didn't have to say anything as we were happy to wait for the next bus which was driven by a lovely lady and was almost empty carrying 3 families. Sorry to say this! The horrible bus driver ruined my experience. We are now considering using another company next time as we are regular users of Gatwick.

Booking service and return call better than booking direct with Gatwick Parking

We did not have to wait long for a transfer bus on either leg of our holiday and our registration number was recognised by the barriers. Our daughter's ticket had not printed her registration in full so she had to go to the customer service booth to have the ticket altered when leaving.
