Check in was very quick and smooth. Return pick up was prompt with no waiting around, drivers very friendly and courteous. would definitely use again.

Early morning flight and the staff were bright and friendly. No lengthy waiting on either outward or inbound flights for bus transfer. Have used this company before and will always use as first choice in the future.

Turned up, got on minibus, whisked to airport, no fuss. On our return, waited five minutes for the minibus and then straight back to where the car was, ready for us to drive away. We will use this service again.

I booked with Cophall because of the value for money and the fact that the transfers were on demand. I was very impressed with the smooth, efficient service. No waiting at all, even though I was earlier than planned. Staff courteous and efficient.

I have used Cophall Farm parking twice and from here on in I will not have to go through the trawl of websites looking for the best deal again. This service is simply a 'no brainer'. It's the cheapest and it's very easy. You turn up, they take your key's, you get in a mini bus that is waiting (last time i was there at 4am) and in 15 mins you are dropped off outside your terminal. On the way back you ring when you have your baggage and go to the stop you were dropped off at and within 5 mins the minibus is picking you up. Fantastic service.

Obviously a bit further away than on site parking so no matter how prompt still 10 minutes drive but friendly and efficient and much cheaper

Friendly and helpful staff. Did all that was required for a smooth transfer. Slight delay on return of 10 minutes but nothing serious.

This is the third time I've used Cophall Farm and I have not used any other Parking at Gatwick since I found it as it has been consitently the best for me travelling on my own.

The website says transfers every few minutes - it doesn't say you might have to wait until the sixth before you can get on one which was our experience meaning a wait of almost half an hour. The few minutes journey to the terminal is also closer to 15. In our experience arrive at the car park at least an hour before you want to get to the terminal.

Clear instructions to find, but arriving at 06.30 for our first visit in pitch darkness we did overshoot the entrance, perhaps more light on the car parking sign might help (Hedgehog pub is in darkness at that time of day). Having entered the site everything was well illuminated and clearly marked. Staff were friendly and efficient. Card issued with instructions for procedure on return. Toilets were spotless. Only a couple of minutes wait for minibus with careful driver (unlike some white knuckle airport transfers we've had). On return we phoned Cophall Farm, by the time we reached the pickup point the minibus was arriving with departing customers, dropped them off and returned immediately with just the two of us, no waiting at all. We collected the keys and our car was waiting behind reception. We were very impressed with Cophall Farm, will use them on our next flight from Gatwick and would recommend them to anyone.

A hassle free experience. The staff were friendly and informative, transfers were efficient and I feel the service was good value for money. Would definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again.

We arrived to a smart looking,safe compound. We were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We were booked in and on the way to the airport within 15 mins and had a very friendly driver (at 5:30am)!! The return was very similar. We were picked up within 10 mins of phoning to announce our early arrival. I was given the keys to my car within 3 mins of getting off the bus. My car was undamaged and we were on our way into rush hour traffic, in the rain in under 10 mins of driving into the compound. It cost me under half the price than to park at the airport. Excellent service!!

Very efficient service. It was good to have a seat on the transfer mini bus on the return journey - other car park transfer coaches were heaving with people standing and squashed in. Would definitely use CFP again.

The booking in was very easy and quick, the transfer was rapid within 10 minutes of arriving. The pick up was also quick and efficient and the car was ready for us on arrival. Very efficient a great pleasure at a very good price, Well Done and thank you.

Easy to find, Staff knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Transfers quick and trouble free. We had to change the time of our flight arrival while we were away. Emailed to give our new arrival timings. Once through baggage collection we telephoned and our transfer vehicle arrived with a friendly driver with five minutes. Would definitely use this company again.

Really appreciated not having to wait for a large coach to fill up, so I got to my car in no time at all!
