First time user but i was pleased with the service transfers were ready as soon as we got to the carpark and with a very tired 3 year old in tow it was excellent.

Cophall was a very good parking service, on that I have no issues. When booking and reading the information, it said it was 10 minutes from the terminals, 35 minutes to get to the north terminal and 40 minutes, with a 30 minute wait for the bus, to get back. Although there were roadworks to contend with. The signs for the entrance need improvement as many people went passed and had to go round the roundabout at the bottom of the road and go back - I was one of 7 cars in a convoy that missed it.

The straight forward and efficient service made this a good place to park.

Cophall Farm parking were well organised and very efficient. Despite being the cheapest they were not one of those portacabins on waste ground operations. The offices and reception are definitely 'off airport' but the transfer is by minibus and drop off is pretty convenient (south terminal at least). With parking this convenient I wouldn't bother with meet & greet

Excellent value for money, have used them twice now and very pleased with the service, no need to look anywhere else.

really glad we found this car parking firm and will definitely use them again. we usually use the on airport carparks, which sound good but actually you spend ages hanging around with them: the buses only go every 20 mins or so, you have to wait for them to leave for the airport for ages sometimes (have spent over 20 mins sitting on the bus waiting for it to go before). with cophall, you park your car at their car park which is away from the worse traffic around gatwick. after we parked our car, we were in the minivan and off to the airport in about 2 minutes. the driver has all the hastle of negotiating the gatwick traffic, you just sit back and let someone else worry about it. they drop you at the bus stops, which are a few mins walk from the terminal, but we didnt mind that. when we came home, we rang for the minibus to come for us as soon as we had cleard customs, and we only waited about 2 mins max before the minibus arrived and took us back to our car. again, leaving the cophall carpark is a lot easier than leaving the on airport carparks as it is so much quieter and less traffic. all this extra convenience and speed, really quick good service, and about a tenner less than the competition. win win all round, will without doubt use them again.

100% satisfaction. I cannot fault anything about Cophall Farm Parking. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring parking for Gatwick Airport.

Very good service. Pick up and drop off very good. Nice chatty driver on the way back, telling us how bad Katy Price is! Love it!

I have stayed at Cophall Farm Parking a couple of times when flying from Gatwick. It is always extremely easy to book, the transfers are extremely quick and run on demand - I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a coach. This recent booking saw a slight confusion with my return flight; I stated my flight number and arrival time which was quoted back to me when boooking in, however when I rang to state I had landed the receptionist informed me that they had my arrival time as 4 hours earlier. It wasn't an issue as there was a coach waiting anyway so I hopped in, but I am confused by why someone changed my time. Also, it would be extremely handy to have a sign upon departing the carpark stating which direction to go for the motorways as I don't have sat nav and ended up a little lost. All in all though I would definitely recommend this car park!

I always say your company is nothing without good and friendly staff - and CFP is case in practice. Arrival and ease of access off J10 M23 is easy. Mini bus driver came over and loads our bags from the car. My 3yr old daughter can be secured with special adjustable belt in bus. Easy transfer to South Terminal - on return quick call and I was only waiting a few mins at the new bus stop 7 area. Gatwick in general is now the best airport with the refurbishments and family security lanes - I would continue to use CFP in future. Don't listen to any moaners, as at this price its best.

Had a little difficulty finding the place as it was dark but the person who I spoke to on the phone was able to give me the directions from where I was. No difficulty in finding a space and once I had registered my car and flight details I was soon on my way to the airport. On our return the mini bus was waiting after I telephoned after clearing customs. Helpfull driver helped by wheeling our luggage to the car.

The driver was very friendly and helpful on the outbound trip and I even gave him a tip. However it was a different story on the inbound trip when we heard the driver reporting to the office on his mobile. He said 'picked up so and so and picked up the party with the funny name' which were us. Nobody has ever told us before that our name was funny so don't use them if you easily get offended.

Good value, well run, friendly and efficient. Drop off was straightforward and transfer to airport was prompt enough. On our return we basically walked out of "Arrivals" at 23.15 and the minibus was already there to take us to the parking site. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

I recently used Copham Farm Parking when I was flying to Madrid. The car park is very easy to find and there is no need for any navigation system - just follow their directions. When we arrived we were welcomed but very friendly staff at the reception. Checking in didn't even take 5 minutes. We were helped with our suitcases which was very kind. We also didn't need to wait for the transfer to the airport - the mini bus was actually waiting for us. On our way back we phoned the reception to pick us up and again we lierally waited a minute. All went so smoothly. I will definitely use this car park again and will reccomend it to my friends. Thank you CFP for making our jouney so easy. Best regards.

Would definitely recommend. Less than 10mins transfer to north terminal. Staff were courteous. Transfer bus arrived very promptly for collection from the airport. A very organised system.

Very easy to find. As soon as arrived a van was started so it was warm to go to the airport in. Friendly and chatty staff. Safe compound and well lit. Would use again if i flew from Gatwick again. Transfer time was around 10 mins. Good value for money.

No complaints. Great service. Had to wait a little for the shuttle to leave the car park, but this was due to other passengers arriving late, and road works in the area. Will definitely use again if the prices stay the same.
