Much further from the airport than I expected. On return, my elderly wife and I had to walk a long way to the designated no. 6 bus stop carting our luggage in the cold and rain. The driver stacked the suitcases upright instead of flat and they crashed to the van floor on the first tight bend.The staff were alright but not overly friendly.

Slight delay on return to Gatwick at pick up point waiting for another couple of travellers who did not show up. Not the fault of Cophall Farm Parking. The driver gave them a further 5 mins. and then returned to their compound having checked with his base that this was O.K. Our car was then waiting near the exit for us to drive away.

Everyone working at this car park is lovely and helpful. Transfers are fast for off airport parking. I feel my car is safe and this is extremely good value for money. I will always use this car parking from now on.

First time i parked my car with Cophall Parking, They were brilliant and will come again..

Great value for money, the one thing I hate when getting back is waiting for the pick up to collect the car..... in less then 5 minutes from getting to the bus stop we were on our way to pick up our car.... which was waiting right outside the door from picking up the keys.... excellent customer service and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Will definately be using them again in the future.

Excellent value for money. The transfer time might be a couple of minutes longer than some other parking sites, but the buses were very prompt. The drivers load your bags for you, which is a big advabntage over Airparks. All staff were very courteous, even late on New Years Eve after our flight had been badly delayed.

initially, I was not certain about park off airport because it was my first time experience. I drove there earlier to catch up early flight to Malta. but the service I found there was excellent and I will recommend to park there

I was really impressed with everything. The transfers were punctual, drivers friendly and the site secure. Much better than I expected for the price - I will definitley use Cophall Farm Parking again.

The only negative would be the amount of time waiting for transfer back to car park. We waited about 25-30 minutes.

We booked easily on line, found the site from the excellent directions provided and hardly waited at all for a bus to the terminal. Same coming back - hardly any wait for a bus, which we appreciated after a long day travelling. The drivers were friendly and helpful, office staff efficient and quick. I would recommend this for anyone needing parking near Gatwick airport.

It is cheaper than most other car parks but takes slightly longer. Would use again.

Everything was good. Doesn't matter the time at nights, the service is always good and also fast. Todo estuvo bien. Sin importar el horario nocturno, el servicio es siempre exquisito y tambien rapido.

Possibly the best value on the market. Would certainly consider using again.Staff were very friendly, transfer drivers very curteous and transfer speedy.

Everything worked as expected. We did not have to wait long for transfers in either direction. Altogether, a much more pleasant experience than dealing with a big organisation.

Professional service from the moment we parked up, staff were friendly and helpful, transfer bus was ready and waiting, same service on returning to the UK. Would definitely use Cophall Farm in the future and would be happy to recommend to friends.

Could do with a larger (or more frequent) bus. Did get onto the first one that arrived after about a 10 minute wait but it was touch and go whether we would fit. As it was we all fitted but had we been told to wait it would have been an additional 30 minutes or so. The minibus only seated 8 passengers. No other issues with the company and all else was fine.

No fuss. Prompt and courteous staff. No waiting around for buses. It all worked efficiently and quickly with no hanging around - we phoned when we had picked up our baggage, and by the time we had made our way to the bus stop, the bus was just turning the corner to meet us.

Very fantastic service offered, espeacially when I was picked up from the airport. The price was affordable compared with other places. Very good and lovely staff on site.

I will certainly use Copall Farm parking in the future. Immediate transfers back and forth to Gatwick - about a 10 minute journey. First rate.
