Very good, all efficient, didn't have to wait for the bus at all! Would definitely recommend and would use it again!

I have used Cophall twice now, and will continue to use them over the coming year as I am travelling most weeks in and out of Gatwick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On the second occasion I waited a little longer than hoped before a driver arrived to take me to the airport. When I picked the car up after the first trip (at midnight) I was stuck at the barrier - which lowered too quickly for a French car to be able to get through (I had to get out of the car to use the token). Moderately irritating - primarily because I held up other people who were stuck behind.

Well set up and smooth transfer both ways. Car ready to drive away on return but some white powder on front and rear seats upon return.

Does what it says on the tin. Quick, efficient and cheap. I will certainly use the service again. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive. The transfers are excellent. All in all, a good experience.

I have used CFP three times now and the service has been very good. During our last trip we arrived at the parking with 1hr30mins to spare, but after waiting 45-mins for a shuttle and 10-mins to the terminal, we were lucky to make the flight.

Staff at reception were wonderful, transfer to airport swift. I guess naturally the return transfer isn't so swift, being 'on demand'. Distance from the airport was thus the main limiting factor.

Once you get to Cophall Farm Parking, its well organised, quick transfer good mini bus shuttle all clean and tidy plus secure will use them again. PS allow extra 20 mins on your jurney if itsyour 1st time a) to find b)to understand the way they get you sorted. We did turn around in 10 mins.

The service was very good, drop off and pick up were efficient. The only complaint I have is that my car was returned dirty with mud on it. I assume it was from where it was parked in the fields but it was disappointing to have it returned in that condition.

We were very pleased with the service from Copphall Farm Parking. I haven't had my car very long and I am always careful about parking it. I had no worries at all. Car ready to go home in on our return, and just as we had left it. The next time we fly from Gatwick we will definitely use them again. Thank you!!

We booked the morning we travelled. Price was very competitive. Used a Sat Nav to find the place - so no trouble. 10 - 12 min transfer to & from the airport - both on departure & arrival these happened within 5 mins of our being ready. Did exactly what it said it would & I was expecting If you don't want to pay to park on site, travel by train or use a taxi - this is about as good as it gets. Will definitely use again.

The site was easy to locate. As soon as we arrived we checked in and our keys were taken from us, we boarded the mini bus and were at the airport promptly. On our return the minibus was waiting exactly where we were told it would be, even though we were late in. We were transported back to the site where our car was ready and waiting for us. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

First time I had used these guys. Dropped my van at the carpark and left my key with the reception staff who were very friendly and left immediately to the airport in a Cophall Farm mini bus. The driver was friendly and chatted all the way. Once at the airport he explained where to go for departures. On arriving back from my trip I phoned the number given to me after collecting my bag. I walked the short distance to the bus stop and by the time I had got there the Cophall mini bus was just pulling up. Again the driver was very friendly. Will definately use these guys again and recommend them to all I know. I am actually booking parking now as writing this review.

I have never used this or any other airport parking service before and did not know what to expect. I can only say that all the staff we dealt with were very nice indeed, they were pleasant and efficient and put me at ease. the service is great and totally fuss-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Cophall Farm Parking to anyone using Gatwick Airport.

The ladies in the reception were very polite and helpfull and the drivers to and from the airport were likewise!

i would recommend cophall farm parking,i was worried about how to get there, but when you book you'll get sent an e.mail with directions that are clear to follow, will defintely use again.

The check-in staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. Both the drivers who took us to and from the airport were very friendly and helpful. Everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for, in particular as we landed at 10.30 at night.
