Well worth the extra few pounds to pull up right outside the terminal.

Dropped off car and were met, picked up car and where met. What more could you ask for. Often when I book Meet and Greet I am kept waiting on both arrival and departure. This time I wasn't so top score for efficiency.

We've used meet and greets before but this was the best so far. Clear instructions via email, email reminder a few days before, a friendly call the night before to check we had details/directions etc, member of staff located as promised to collect car and was polite and friendly, and same service at other end, friendly staff dropping off car. Definitely value for money compared to park and rides, no coach hassle, and brill being dropped to the door just before a flight and a relief at collecting car at airport! Brilliant company, can't recommend enough, thank you.

Have been using a meet and greet service ever since our daughter started travelling with us. Had never used Cophall before as we usually fly out of Heathrow. In this instance, we got a call from them on our way to the airport to confirm our arrival time (very impressed with that)and when we arrived, the Cophall driver was there waiting to take the car away. On arrival, we called them when we had collected our luggage and after a short wait in the car park, our car was returned and we drove home. Couldn't have asked for more seamless experience. Thanks Cophall, shall use you again when we fly out of Gatwick.

Excellent experience all round. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived, smooth handover of car. Upon return we waited 10-15 mins which was acceptable as we still had to clear customs. Would definitely use again.

We arrived earlier than we had booked (phoned ahead) and the driver was there waiting. Car was in parking bay on our arrival. All good

The only fault I have is that it took quite a while for the car to arrive at the meeting point. I made my call as instructed once I had cleared customs however we were left waiting for quite a while for the return of the car which wasnt a real problem as it was very mild. If it had been cold it would have been very uncomfortable. Richard

A very good service at a good price. We had to wait a little while on our return as we arrived quite quickly after getting our bags but other than that a very well-run and professional service.

The car was collected and delivered on time - no problems or hiccups at all and the collection driver even gave me a £1 coin for the baggage trolley! Can't praise them enough.

Had to wait a few minutes for pick up and drop off, but no more than about 5 mins, so can't really complain.

Generally. Very good - make sure you give them plenty of notice when dropping car off as had to wait a few minutes - didn't matter though - very pleasent and personable

Cophall Meet and Greet was all that I hoped for. Just ensure that you know the return meeting place as the verbal instruction given on return were not the same as on the printed page from the web site. Other than that I recommend Cophaal.

Loved the pick-up in the Car Park facility - felt a little more secure than hanging around in the arrivals area. Only slight gripe was they were about 5 mins late in returning the car (but considering our flight was late, then it's probably not really a serious issue, it one at all). Very friendly and felt confident that they were honest. Will use again next time at Gatwick.

Have used Cophall Parking 4 times now and they have been helpful, prompt and excellent value. Wouldn't use anyone else.

excellent service quick, efficient & a pleasure to use. My only small gripe is that we had a delay with our luggage & I called out of courtesy to let them know, the operator on the phone was a little abrupt, not as smiley as the previous people who I had spoken to. However the the driver & everyone else we spoke to was polite friendly & helpful, I would definately use them again.

Turned up late to pick up car and then nearly thirty minutes late dropping it back on return. I will not be using there services again
