On time both for drop off and pick up. Friendly and efficient. I would use them again.

Easy to follow instructions. Prompt service on both arrival and departure. Pleasant and helpful staff. All at a very competitive price. Would definitely use again.

Could not fault this company, we were 3hrs delayed on return but our car was waiting on arrival. All went very smoothly and we will use this company on future trips, thank you.

Cannot recommend this company enough, the driver was waiting for us at Gatwick when we arrived, checked the car quick & we was on our way! On returning, again as we stepped out on the 1st floor orange carpark the driver had just turned up with our car. Car was as we left it. Both drivers were professional and courteous. The instructions via email & then on calling (20 mins beforehand)both times were clear and precise. We will def use you next holiday.

I have used many Meet & Greets over the past 5 years. Cophall was in a different league to anyone else. They were fabulous. They did exactly what they promised they would do. They rang me the day before to confirm. They answered the phone within 2 rings when I rang on my way to the airport. They were already waiting when I arrived. The Cophall rep flagged me down so I didn't have to look for him. On the return they answered again within 2 rings. The Cophall rep arrived at the car park before I did - which was within 15 minutes. He even paid for my ticket. Cophall ensured I had a perfect holiday. I will only use them in future. Brilliant job. Thank you.

We forgot to alert them on our way to the airport, but they rang us to remind us - useful! They were waiting with the car when we returned,and were so keen to despatch us efficiently that reviewing the condition of the car was ignored, although it had been gone over in detail when we arrived. I could have insisted, but didn't. Everything worked smoothly.

No complaints. Very efficient, flexible & punctual. We landed at the wrong terminal (Easyjet helpfully neglected to tell us) and had to ring Cophall back having misinformed them of where we where, but it was not a problem. Quite impressive.

Very good service from cophall. The guys were bang on time which helped hugely as I was travelling on my own with two young kids. They were polite and friendly and again on time on the way back. I would definitely recommend them.

We were realy surprised just how easy this made the getting to & from the airport. Shame EasyJet don't take a lesson from Cophall. The staff were very curtious. Easy to understand & helpfull. Smart, knew what they were doing. Would definately use again & recogmend to anyone. Well worth the extra over the bus & ride parking

The summary says it all. The service was adequate, but we had to wait a while in the drop off area, looking for someone from the company, before he turned up. Same when we returned - we had to wait longer than anyone else at the designated place in the car park. Apart from that everything was as expected.

The information says car will be returned within 15 minutes of phoning. Maybe it was a busy time, but it was 25 minutes before the car arrived - indeed I was on the phone to Cophall to find out what was happening when the car appeared. Otherwise good service.

Really pleased with service.They communicated well, were helpful and friendly, altogether a pleasant and good value experience. Will use again.

Pleased with the service we received. Very efficient on arrival. Would rather have been met outside the airport than having to walk to the car park on return journey but that seems to be the norm at gatwick. Very good service for the reasonable price.

We have used Cophall parking several times before and have been very impressed, and the Meet and Greet service was also excellent. Very efficient and good value for money - would definitely recommend and will use again.

I was suprised to have to wait over 10 minutes for my car to arrive. I called while I was waiting for my bags. I was told to call back when I have them, and I did. When I came out I still had to wait. The reason I decided to use you is because everything I read said that the car would be waiting. It was not, and a ten to fifeteen minute wait with an infant after flying all day is not great.

Driver was waiting for us on arrival and waited about 2 minutes for return of the car. Exit ticket was included so no rummaging around for change at the end of your holiday.
