i was recommended Cophall by a friend and was very pleased with how easy it was to arrange and how reasonable the cost was. it saved alot of hassle and i would happily reccomend it to others.

I found the booking and service very good, telephone contacts were professional and polite. Good value for money compared to parking in a car park and catching the bus. Instructions were clear and easy to follow

So easy. The whole service was excellent. We were hugely delayed and got out at 2am. 2 min walk to our car, ready to go in no time. Fabulous.

Very easy to drop off car at gatwick. Just remember to stay in right lane otherwise you have to go round the one way twice if you miss the drop off! Very helpful and friendly member if staff was wIting for us, did a quick check over if the car whilst we unloaded and we were off on hols! No bus transfer! Offered great value as it was the same price offered as the gatwick summer short stay. On return we were 2 hrs delayed but no issues with Cophall - we had to wait less than five minutes at the pick up area (at 3am) and we were back on the motorway heading off home. Will be definitely using this service again!

On arrival the Cophall parking staff we quick and efficient. We handed over the keys completed a small amount of paper work and ff we went on our holiday. On the return i followed the instructions and phoned through after receiving my luggage and clearing customs. I arrived at the pick up point and waited for my car to be dropped off. After 25 minutes the car was finally dropped off. This would not have been a problem had i been told of the delay when i phoned.

A seamless, hassle free service with polite staff and absolutely no hanging around despite a plane delay! Thank you!

We were happy with the service provided. We were a little early on our journey to the airport but when we phoned up we were told it was no problem and when we arrived at our meeting spot we waited no more than five minutes. On our return we found the pick up point in the short stay car park easy to find and not too hectic. The driver was friendly and we were happy with the whole experience. We will use them again

The emails are very clear and directions on where to leave and collect car are also very good.

All the personnel were very helpful, from the people at the call centre to the drivers. I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes at drop off or collection. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, met us at drop off, short wait for the car to come back. Staff were good (reminded us to get everything out of the car etc etc). Well worth it compared to parking at long stay parks and all that comes with it (waiting, buses, queuing etc).

Despite a delay in arrivals at Gatwick, owing to a problem in finding a bus to transport the passengers from the plane, Cophall staff were tarcaking the delay and were on hand when we needed them.

Good service. A call received on the previous day to confirm booking, the driver waiting when we arrived at the airport. 10 minute wait when we returned but others waiting appeared to be waiting longer than us.

Driver was there at departure and arrival (a real treat for recent meet and greets). Driver was friendly and professional. We were a little delayed on clearing customs and getting to the car, this was not an issue. We felt valued and were treated really well. After a bad experience with Maple Manor I would definitely use Cophall again. Thank you to the lovely gentleman who collected and dropped off the car, it makes such a big difference to the holiday.

Have used a meet and greet service previously but not tried cop hall before. They took great care to check the car over before they took it away, gave a very professional handover and brought the car back only a few minutes late due to traffic conditions, again a very friendly and courteous handover. All in all a very good experience.

We had a 70mph blowout on the way to Gatwick which made us over 1 hour late. Not only did Copthall cope with this delay without batting an eyelid, but the representative who picked up our car arranged for a local garage to supply and fit a new tyre while we were away! Most impressed.

Easy to book, was met as agree by very courteous member of staff, on return the ease of collection from a dry car park by a further polite member of staff made the experience great, would most definitely use again.

Car was picked up as advertised in the time and place agreed. Driver took photos all round of car before driving off. On return, we were told there would be a ten minute delay and there was but this was acceptable because it was 1.30am. Staff were courteous.
