Very good service. Punctual, friendly and did exactly what we wanted. Second time of using this service and will use it again.

A really friendly and excellent service. The man from Cophall Farm was waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick, so no hanging around. It was even better on the way home, as he was there again, right on time. Great service, highly recommended!!

Absolutely spot on and well worth the money... able to change the vehicle online a few days before at no extra cost. Really helpful giving directions and there on arrival (at some ridiculous time of morning). Explained everything, actually checked the car over and told me what mileage to expect on return. On return delivered the car to the other Gatwick terminal (flight switched) without any fuss and were on time again. Got the holiday off to a hassle free start... I will use them again.

Telephone contact was polite and helpful. Car met and returned on time with friendly personnel. Would use again.

Great value for money and very professional. Over the years I have used many of the meet and greet companies at Gatwick and this company has probably been the best.

The staff were all very friendly and patient. We we're travelling with our 10 month old and had never driven to Gatwick. The office staff and drivers were all very helpful in directing us. The car was returned very promptly, in fact we were a bit too slow in getting back to meet the driver. but he was fine with it.

I haven't used a better meet and greet. Just my sort of people, thanks very much.

We're regular users of M&G parking and know what's important; reliability and trustworthiness - Cophall Farm were both and we'll use them again.

Do what you expect - turn up on time, help you get kids & luggage out of the car and then come back with your car when you return. So much easier than the bus transfer to long stay car park and completely worth the extra cost in my mind! Always very friendly staff and helpful entertaining the children!

The service provided was as described. The driver was there to meet us and we had on return arrived 15 mins after we phoned from the baggage reclaim. I am satisfied with the service and would use them again.

Our contact was waiting when we arrived, despite having been delayed on the M25. The handover was swift. On our return the car arrived within 5 minutes of arriving at the pickup point. Much better than bus transfers to the car park etc when all I wanted to do was get home.

Clearer instructions on printed confirmation would have mean't we would have rung 20minutes away from Gatwick. Instead it only just stated ringing number on return on arrivals. Having never used service before we assumed they would be there on our stated time of arrival to Gatwick from our home. Will always ring ahead of time in future.

we followed instructions precisely, i.e. called when leaving M25 for "meet" and when clearing customs for "greet". Then had to wait 10-15 minutes. With being "greet" in particular it is irritating that you say don't call till you have cleared customs (when the customer is a maximum of 5 minutes from the pick-up place) when you know it will take you 15-20 minutes to get there.

A bit late picking up car subsequently got hassle from traffic warden to move on but driver very pleasant at pick up. On return we misjudged baggage collection and was repeateded told we were wrong to call too soon which didnt help us locate the car in the dark. Driver not interested then in doing car inspection as keen to return to his next job!! However i am very much in favour of a meet and greet service.

We would probably use this service again, they were efficient and friendly reasonably priced, because cars are parked in a field in would be good to have them cleaned before being delivered to us.

The instructions were clear and concise. On arrival at the terminal(N),the driver arrived to meet us within minutes. He explained the collection process and took our car. When we arrived back, we waited no more than 2 minutes for the car to arrive at the designated collection point. The driver was pleasant and courteous despite the ungodly hour!! You couldn't ask for a better more efficent service - we were delighted, especially for the £. Incidentally, our friends had parked themselves in a long stay car park and it took them almost an hour to get to their car on return, and they paid a similar amount to us.
