This was my first time with your organisation, but as Arnie says, "I'll be back!"

Once you find the place it's really easy to book in and to get the coach. You'll need to give yourself an extra 30min though as the coach only goes every 20min and it takes about 10 min to reach the south terminal

The coach picked us up in both directions well within stated time, very happy with service. Will use again,

On the return coach there were announcements about how to proceed when arriving back at the car park. Unfortunately, these were inaudible because of other people's conversations.

Easy to find, checking in was simple. Transfer bus to airport was waiting ready, took about 10 mins to get dropped off. Coming back at 1.30am bus took about 10 mins to arrive and driver helped people on with luggage then check out was quick and easy. Would absolutely recommend and use again :)

The cost, booking and service generally OK to good. However whilst we and many others waited to get on the buss to go to the airport in the heat there seemed no interest in offering advice until the buss was due to leave.

I used your car park on my trip overseas and found your service very good. The car park was easy to find(given the instructions on your leaflet). The transfer was excellent . I wil use you again and recommend you to my friends.

Airparks have the personal touch that is missing from the on-site long term carparks. I was happier to entrust them with my car and keys than I would be to just leave it in a giant unpoliced carpark. And its cheaper too!

The whole process is easy, well-signed. The wait for a bus to the airport was longer than had been promised, but everything else was fine

The staff all very friendly, collection from airport good and we will be using you again.

We had forgotten to book parking before setting of on a business trip, so I booked the parking using the search engine. This led me to book with air parks and it was excellent.

Easy to find from M23 easy tranfers to both terminals Would use again

Long queues at drop-off time. Long wait for bus on return and bus overcrowded.

I have used AirParks before and find them good value for money and the staff friendly and helpful.

if you can do something about this - arrival diverted to LGW south (couldn't be helped) but there are no signs in termninal to say where to pick up coach to long stay off airport car parks and no-one to ask - took us a while to realise we had to go down in lift to lower level 2 to find coach stop

Airparks Gatwick is not the easiest place to find the first time you use it; don't rely on entering the postcode in your sat nav. There was a bit of a distance between the bus drop-off point and the terminal building, but you get what you pay for and this was one of the cheapest providers.

It was the first time that we used Airparks and I was really please how straight forward it was. The bus that transfered us had a nice lot of space and was very clean.When we arrived back from our holiday we only had a short wait for the bus to arrive and again it was well organised collecting the car. Will probably use again and will certainly recomend to friends and family!!

All round a very good comprehensive service, from directions, through reception, transfers and collection of car. Everything was very straight forward and fully met our expectations. Thank you

Everything went as planned. Unfortunately, booked for the wrong dates but Airparks explained to me that they cannot change the booking once the booked period has started. Lost £30...

Bit further out than I had expected - it's right by the fence but still a fair way from the terminal. Otherwise highly recommnended.
