No problem from start to finish! Car park is a little far out, but we only had to wait a short period for the transfer! Loads of different option to choose from.

As always we dropped the car off and were on the coach in no time at all. Staff very efficient and pleasant.

The sat navigation struggles to find this location a little so I called and they were polite and quick to assist me. Please note that I have parked here when traveling from Gatwick over 15 times now. Upon arrival everything was swift and efficient. If I was to look for something to moan about all I would say is that upon return into the UK there is typically a 20 min wait for the bus which is not ideal but literally other than that great value for money and a great service.

My first time with Airparks parking. Satisfied with their service. Will chose them next time.

Only one person at check-in when I arrived who was on phone for five minutes. She then tried to see me 'Park & Ride' and 'Valet Service'. Transfers seemed to run to a precise timetable (20 minutes) rather than on demand. Overall, not the worst experience, but I don't like being seen as a marketing opportunity rather than a customer who has just paid to park a car.

The whole transfer to Gatwick for our weekend trip, went extremely well. Seamless handover of keys, bus arrived promptly and on our return late sunday evening, the whole thing went smoothly and allowed us to get on our way home very quickly. Would use again.

One drawback is lengthy wait for coach to set off. Seems frequency previously good had changed to lengthy intervals. Even with coach almost full still waiting to pack more in resulting in standing room. I consider that lowering of service.

Well priced simple easy service, much like your standard out of town park and ride service. Definitely the best serving Gatwick.

Fine, butnwould have been great to have found no ice on my windscreens - that little bit extra...

We were advised to take the car keys to reception having parked the car but at the parking were asked to leave the keys in the car so that it could be parked by an attendant. This contradicts the assurance that we would retain the keys.

staff friendly and offered jump start (although we didnt need iot) toilets could do with some improvement though!

Difficult to find - the only time I've ever wished I had satnav. But otherwise excellent.

It was tricky to find the place (directions were provided in the confirmation e-mail, but a map would have been helpful as well). The staff were pleasant and efficient. The transfer bus was waiting and when it filled (maybe 10 minutes wait) we departed for the Terminals. On our return the bus was already waiting at the Bus Stop and it departed almost immediately. When we arrived back at the car park our car was ready and waiting. All-in-all I'll give a thumbs-up to the service.

From airport to car took the best part of an hour ! Half hour wait at the airport, trip to North terminal and finally back to the parking.

Convenient location for off site parking. Well organised site, clean and friendly. Very easy process and frequent bus transfers to and from the terminal.

Very efficient, friendly and cost effective. A good start to our holiday. Will use again.

Very good service, picked up by regular buses and got to airport in plenty of time. On the Return, we got picked up at North terminal, but then had to go to South terminal before returning to car park, which was a bit of a pain, but didn't make that much difference to be honest. If you are being picked up at South terminal, you may find you have to wait for one or two buses before you can get on. I would say Airparks are better off providing different buses for each terminal

Just allow a little more time to park your car and the rest followed like clock work. No problems.

friendly staff the lady that drove the bus was very helpful she lifted and swung the cases about like Charles Atlas.The only downside to the experience was that I had a touch of the salmon & trout and the walk from the bus stop to the terminal was very painful Jim Humphrey

Everything went smoothly, dropped off car and was on bus within minutes. The wait on the way back was fairly short also, despite being late at night.
