The possibility of better road signage to the BCP car park would help greatly, even with the inclusion of written details it could prove difficult for some customers to find.

Despite following the instructions through customs the wait was longer at the airport than I expected, which with three kids in winter conditions was not that pleasant. However, I don't know what you could do about this, and I would use the service again based on price.

Very helpful at the desk, comfortable seats on the transport, car ready and waiting when we returned, no delays.

One of the terminals has gone to the trouble of printing directions due to the number of people finding themselves lost. In addition to this it would be helpful to either drop passengers near to their car or to have an area for loading. We found it especially difficult with two toddlers and the enormous amount of luggage, pushchair etc.

The service provided is normally excellent but some times if there is a hitch with the transfer coach you will be left in the freezing cold with no way of contacting anyone except an answer machine. Put a real person on to take calls.

I found parking at BCP Gatwick a worry free experience, you know your car is being looked after whilst you are away, and as happened to me this visit the staff were on hand promptly to start my car for me. I will certainly be using BCP Gatwick again in the future.
