Slightly further from the airport than the details lead us to expect but it all worked extremely efficiently. Would use again without hesitation.

well my partner left money for the severn bridge toll in an admittedly visible place in the dash so she could get home to Wales but that seemed to have vanished on our return but because we were tired from the trip couldn't be bothered to say anything at the time but APH obviously employs a few tealeaves in their ranks so we were a bit annoyed about that.

Two matters for improvement: 1. Arrival procedure. Instructions are not very clear for first time users. Had to go to Shell station to realize I had to come closer to the barrier in order for the camera to identify licence plate. 2. Departure procedure. Complicated. This time it's not the camera (although there is one) that needs to catch you, but you need to key in the number from a ticket given to you when you collect the car. Unfortunately oral instructions were not very clear. Suggest written instructions at the keypad!

Despite being off airport first class service as stated above and excellent value for money.Will have no hesistation in using APH again if using Gatwick and will recommend them to any friends using the airport.

A friend had parked at the Flightpath car parking just before Christmas which was very efficient. However I found APH to be just as good and a lot cheaper. I will certainly use it again.

The bus drivers were superb, loading the cases on and off the bus with very friendly attitude. Counter staff efficient and polite

Easy to find from the M23 and then a straight forward system which gets you onto the comfortable coach in minimum time.On return the routine was just as efficient. Thanks to all at APH for your extremely well organised and pleasant service. I will certainly use you again.

Excellent transfers with helpful and courteous staff. Prompt transfers, good directions, excellent value for money.

waited forever for the coach to return to our car - other parking services had come & gone several times while we waited out in the cold with all our luggage. Not very close in, not worth the few quid saved over the closer and speedier services. Also the staff couldn't be bothered, as it was raining heavily but no gestures to help us get to or locate our car.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Really clean and comfortable reception. After a long journey would have been nice to have a hot drink and snack, but entirely satisfied.

The car park is easy to locate. It is secure. The transfers come on time and to the correct place. The whole procedure was easy to understand and follow through.

We were lucky with the transfers as it was quick and easy. Our car was waiting for us when arrived at car park reception. Excellent service. One negative point, we had to queue at the exit waiting for the front cars to key the exit codes on a key pad to lift the barrier bar. This is a very slow process, but, no problem.It will be quicker to have a swipe card system. That is all I have to say.

Efficient, no hassle, prompt and reasonably priced - we couldn't have asked for better. We will be back!

This was by far the best airport parking we have experienced and we have experienced quite a few. It was also the most competitively priced. All staff without exception were most polite and friendly. To have a comfortable coach and a driver who lifts your luggage into the hold and unloads it for you at the other end of each journey was a big change from previous experiences. To the elderly and those coping with a baby or small children this must be a great help. The toilet fascilities were very good too and the parking was also very easy to find. We shall be using APH parking again when next we fly from Gatwick and hope they operate from other airports too.

The directions given to the car park were 100% making it very easy to find. When we booked in they were extremely efficient making it an enjoyable experience with a swift transer to the airport. When we returned we telephoned as instructed and when we got to the pick-up point the coach was waiting to take us back despite it being around 2 am the driver being extremely helpful. Again when we went to pick up the keys the staff again were extremely friendly and 100% efficient. We would recommend them, in fact we have, and will be using them again. APH A BIG THANK YOU

Very reasonably priced, i think i paid under £40. Ihave paid over £70 for a fortnight before. Friendly staff. I like parking the car, dropping the keys and then returning and going straight to you car outside the door. Far preferable to having to remember which zone, number and row you are in after two weeks!! Bit of a wait for the coach on the return, but probably just missed the one before.

Good value and service, only issue is that the ticket states all coaches are orange/blue - I missed one because the coach was white and only had a small APH sign on the side.

The directions to the Parking were correct and the check-in was quick and easy. I will certainly be using this service again.
