very good efficet and fast service both checking in and checking out used this company in varies airport around the country and all give very good service would recommend highly very satisfied reguarlar traveller.

One of the main reasons for using the service at APH was ease of access from the motorway, and the fact that luggage is transferred to the coach and from the coach at the airport. I was travelling with a friend who is partially sighted and walks with a stick. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Judith

I booked for the 1st time and by mistake - I was booking where I leave the keys at the airport and someone takes my car - but experience was very nice. It is a nice clean parking place in nice area. Dropped my car - bus was already waiting and no return bus was waiting - and on return car was ready -Really good experience.

We arrived and as we had used APH before, went into get ticket for my car. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus driver helped with the cases, no fuss. when we arrived at the terminal he helped off load the cases and said that, this was were to pick the coach up on the way back. coming home we phoned once through customs and didn't have to wait very long before the coach arrived. Staff again friendly and helpful and explained where car could be found. The only trouble I have is sometimes putting in the code to get out if I don't position the car as I have short arms. Great service.

We were extremely impressed. We did not realise that we would be coming in to the North terminal, but this did not make any difference to our arrangements.

the car park was easy to find and the transfer to and from the airport was quick and the bus stop easy to find

First time user, I thought the drop off and transfer would have been quicker. The signposting of where to wait for the coach coming back was not at all clear. Gatwick staff directed me to the wrong bus stop when I couldn't see the stop I needed to be at. Car pick up was good, key collection quick and car right outside the door brilliant. I will use again

This service was very efficient, the most efficient that I have ever experienced from such a service. Will definitely use again.

Easy to find and very helpfully appreciated I was on standby and might not get on my flight. Custer service said they wouldn't store my car until I had got only flight in case I needed to return. Arrived back on a late flight but phone answered straight away.

Even at the unearthly hour of 4 am the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The paperwork was done with speed and efficiency and then it was onto the transfer coach where the driver helped us on with our heavy cases, with a smile on his face.At the airport it was off with the cases - by the driver - who then wished us a 'happy holiday. What professional service by a professional team working for a professional company. Rest assured we will be using APH again.

USe APH's instructions to find them - the sat nav would have taken us in the wrong direction. Do allow extra time to park, wait for a bus and then travel to the airport. 30 mins is ideal. Drop off and pick up was seamless. Although nervous about dropping off car keys, everything was fine. Based on price and service I'd use APH again.

Cheapest price - easy to find - simple and prompt procedure - the staff were all pleasent and freindly - car turned up on time for my return. (and both drop off and pick up were are at unsocial hours) I would recoomend this car park and I will be using it agin in preference to the Airpot long term.

The only negative comment is that the post code for sat nav was not very good at finding you, luckily the directions you gave us got us straight to the car park.

The drop off and collection of the car was easy and straightforward, the transfer was about 15 minutes and the staff were helpful. It was easy to find the bus stop on return and the car was ready for collection. Overall, I would use this car park again.
