I found the carpark easily enough but l was very confused as to whether l was in the correct place.The name of Skypark was nowhere to be seen at the entrance

Attached to the airport the transfer bus took about 4 minutes. Quick and easy.

I was collected within 3 minutes of arriving at the car park and within 5 minutes I was at the airport, on my return I walked through to the bus stop and the bus was sitting waiting for me, within 5 minutes I was reunited with my car and on my way.

The car park is well signposted and transfers to and from the airport were fast and efficient. Number plate and ticket recognition worked well and we were on our way quickly, on both outward and return journeys. Great value and would definitely use again.

Car park barrier did not recognise booking on entry & exit. Used intercom and after a delay was allowed in & out

We found this car park easy to find plenty spaces near bus stops and well sign posted area,s as long as you remember or write down eg bus stop 3 E5 space. Altho we did have slight hicup gettin out car park as when I put ticket in machine was asking for £104 and person on intercom couldn't,t find our reservation however he was quick enough to lift barrier when we gave our name. But I must add he was pleasant at all times just doing his job . We will definetley use this car park again. It,s the 2nd time this year we have used this park.

Ticket did not work on exit but no problem, the problem was quickly sorted over the intercom. Transfers both ways were very prompt.

Did what it said find a space park and catch the bus it,s easy no problem parking and no hanging about like some transfer companies ,GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

A good on site secure car park total automation and the bus driver was the only person we had to deal with , he was pleasant

Easy to use car park, receiving a ticket at gate when arriving and the system read your registration number plate. Bus stops well placed in car park to accommodate all car park spaces and bus came very quick. Driver very pleasant and bus was clean. Only took approx 5 mins to get to airport. On return bus was waiting outside airport terminal and picked up many passengers, still managed to get a seat on bus.Would use the car park again, no problem

our car wouldnt start. staff came to our aid and got it started for us with no charge. excellent service.

Excellent value for money nice and close to airport didn't have to wait long for transfers and would recommend this parking to all my friends well done .

good price, easy to find and park, transfers right away. we did have difficulty getting out, machine said we were due £96 pounds, even though we had pre paid. it was sorted quickly though but a bit of a fright when you've had a long day travelling. would use again though just a minor inconvenience.

the only problem we had was using the postcode in the satnav we ended up at the wrong side of Edinburgh airport. a better satnav code would be a better help for people who don't know edinburgh

Easy to find! Within walking distance of airport. No problems encountered. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to find and you keep your car key unlike another facility we used last time, we returned to pitch darkness, people searching for their cars, and next morning l found my car had been scratched, impossible to prove alas.

An easy car park to find and no problems encountered. Although the airport does have a sign for another long stay car park before the one we were supposed to use. So we'd gone there first. I think the staff member I spoke to on the intercom was used to the problem. Luckily there was no one behind us at the security gate, or backing out could've been a tricky experience. But I would definitely use this service again.

Smooth parking and transfers . Quicker to use than other sites at the airport where you have to book in and on return phone for transport back to the site. I also like the fact that you hold on to your car keys.
