No waiting for coach on return journey. Minimal waiting on outward journey. Very good service.

only complaint on return trip the bus had to make three trips due to number of people off the flight so we had to stand waiting in cold till he came back .

Fast and efficient. Return mini bus waiting when we walkedout of the terminal. Car engine running and heater on. Excellent.

We found the service very friendly and helpful and when we called for transport it came on time. Found the parking area secure and well lite and protected. When we arrive our car was ready and waiting for us. A very good service which we will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you for a great service.

We have used several other car parks in Edinburgh and this was the easiest to find, it is easily accessed from the motorway.We really appreciated that the car engine was running on our return especially as it was a cold windy night. We will definately use this car park again.

I arrived early in the morning after a long drive and wasn't in the mood for talking to anyone but the staff were cheerful and upbeat which was refreshing at that time off day. It's not very well sign posted but once you know where it is, it's dead easy to get to just off the motorway roundabout. I went immediately onto the bus and the van driver was helpful with my bags. On return my car was ready for me, no hunting around for it, and my keys were in the vehicle ready to go so no hanging around. Quick and efficient. Will definetly use again.

I would recommend Park Ride as the staff were very helpful. Transfers were on time and it made this part of our trip stress free and enjoyable. I would certainly use the company again.

on return to carpark no info about car keys went into office no one there just a bunch of other peoples keys that i could easily stolen and then would you have a problem or what could do better a lot

I was very happy with the whole experience. I would use again and recommend to freinds.

First impressions were of a poor facility but this soon changed. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful and we were very quickly on our way to the airport. On our return we had to wait about 15 mins for the coach to collect us. When we got to the car park our car was ready for us with the engine running. As it was a very wild and wet evening this was really good, as the car was ready to go with windscreen nice and clear and the car warm. I would use this facility again.

the lads at park and fly were fantastic there was no waiting going and only 5 mins coming back first class service

Good service. Had to wait for a second bus on our return due to amount of people using them but that arrived in under 10 mins. and that was at rush hour time so no problem.

picked us up asap on the way back. car heated up and ready to go. would use again

The whole experience from start to finish was enjoyable. The staff are friendly and very helpful, waiting times were kept to a minimum. Only downside to the service was a lack of direction signs on approach roads to the car park, but part of this was my own inability to remember the directions that were given on the confirmation slip. Would most definitely use this service again.

Once I was able to find the site (not well signposted) I was surprised by the friendly, courtious and efficient service. Really great to find your car ready to drive off as you step off the bus. Will keep using this service.

We arrived at 3.30 am and were immediately greeted and within 5 minutes were on our way to the airport. On return the coach was waiting for us after we made our free phone call from the airport and within 15 minutes of making that call we were on our way home in our car. Well done Park and Fly!

Overall brilliant service; transfer bus was waiting when I arrived and took me to the airport within five minutes of turning up! Had to wait quite a while for the return transfer but my car had been de-iced and warmed up for me which was fantastic in the horrible snowy conditions I arrived in!
