Unfortunately the weather had been really bad when we parked and when we returned our car was stuck in a muddy part of the car park and we had extreme difficulty in reversing it out of the mud and the big puddle it was in.

Car park very close to terminal, easy to locate, met with friendly, efficient, quick service both on departure and arrival. From exiting airport to exiting car park took 10 minutes max. Couldn't ask for better!

Easy to find. Rough surface bad for wheeled luggage. Slightly shabby appearance but good service overall, although at busy times staff seem flustered and overstretched. Excellent quick transfers.

A very good service, someone was waiting to take bags as soon as we arrived at the car park, there was no waiting around at all on arrival or departure. The carpark was very easy to find and over all no hassle at all. This was the first time I have used the Flying Scot and I would be happy to leave my car with them again.

On return, phoned office as requested and was told transport was on its way - a journey of less than 10 minutes. Eventually, after waiting 40 minutes, phoned again, as nothing arrived, and response was of a 'couldn't care less' attitude. When transport arrived, it was not sufficient to take all of those waiting. Second bus arrived soon after. Drivers said they had not been told people were waiting. At the site, reception could not say whereabouts the car was parked and asked me to try and locate somewhere in the yard - 'try the far end'. Not a good service.

The staff were friendly and we were taken straight away by mini bus to our airport terminal. On arrival back to the UK we were instructed to phone the number provided to arrange collection. However we were not advised at check in that pick up was from bay 8, we were only told this on our call for collection, so we had to dash to the collection point to make sure we did not miss the bus. The mini bus arrived within 5 mins and we were taken to collect our car. The only downside was the actual car park surface which was stoney, so we had to carry our case rather than wheel it. However, I would recommend this carpark and I would happily use it again.

When i booked, i had no problems with the booking. i arrived and they had all my details, they gave me a confirmation printout with a contact number and told me if no one was at meeting point just phone and they will pick up within minutes. once they took my keys, the driver loaded mine and others cases, then drove to the airport within minutes. coming back i went to the pickup point, then phone the number but a bus was already there, and was back, picked up my car, i was on my way home within 10 mins of the pick up point. i will certanly use them again, i cannot fault the service and the staff, they may be cheap but they dont skip on their service. well done flying scot.

Friendly, efficient staff welcomed us. Check in was dealt with quickly and our cases were transferred for us to the coach. The short ride to the Airport was easy. On our return to Edinburgh the coach was waiting by the time we reached stand 8. Our cases were loaded for us and on our return to the parking area we were quickly directed to our car. A most efficient organisation.

Had no problems at all even with our early flight checkin of 5am. We arrived at the carpark and were in the airport 20 minutes later. Returning was even better as the transfer coach arrived just as we got to the coach bay, so we're in our car and on the way home in 10 minutes. Only possible problem was we couldn't easily see a phone to get the transfer coach, which might have been a problem later at night. Possibly we just missed the phone. All in all a great service.

Please, dont choose this car park, if you dont want broken or scratch car. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE GATE. After that, nobody talk to you, After you enter the gate its your responsibility and all repair you pay from your pocket. Cost me 200 new exhaust system, manager NO answer. They told me write a letter. Surface is sharp stones and my car came back like from off road, muddy and dirty. Transfer to airport no problem. But they really dont care about your car. Really Bad Experience. NEVER AGAIN!!

We have used Flying Scot for several years now and have only praise for the quality service that is provided. Value for money, efficient, friendly staff and frequency of shuttles to the airport are their strength, which encourages our continued use of the service. We did try another airport shuttle service thinking they were all much of a muchness but trust us - they are not!!

When we arrived at carpark we took all our cases out and then told we had to put cases back and drive up to Low Cost Car park. When we arrived back at car park we were told 'your car is over on the left somewhere and I had to go find it myself. I would not use this car park again or recommend it to anyone.

My experience is always good with this company they are professional and look after your car well, however some bookings over the net seem incorrect, and it transpires later that the car park is over booked! (not their fault) Its booked through an agent, my advice is to call them direct. Good service as always and friendly/helpful staff.

My car was damaged during a stay in January. Since I booked online on a linked website, I did not have the terms of condition available. My husband left the car with them. When I returned, I was not told to check the car. My mother was dying and my daughter was ill. When I got home, I noticed the damage. I phoned Flying Scot but they have refused, and been nasty about, trying to make amends. They refuse all responsibility.

No sign to indicate that barrier at entrance will open automatically on approach. No one directing where to park for reception etc and although bays are marked cars were parked all over the place causing confusion for both customers and coach drivers. Details not on FS computer although booked via simplyparking and had to be retaken. Receipt given for return journey for handing to driver does not indicate pick up point which was not the same as set down point. Receipt does give a freephone number but not that the phone is in the vicinity of the pick up point. This would have been very helpful as I was looking for a phone in the terminal. Some customers just gave up and used their mobile phone. Driver did say it would be stance 9 when dropping us off but it is difficult to take this in or write it down in the bustle of getting luggage from the coach especially when on your own. In the event it was stance 8.

Very efficient staff, good price and near airport. The whole experience went as good as clockwork, we arrived early but were booked in straight away and driver took our cases and drove us to the airport right away, he was very polite and helpful. On our return we were told to phone with white phone in terminal building, however when we did so we were told to make our way to the bus stop as the bus was waiting on us 10/10

On the whole the facilities offered were excellent. Very polite and helpful staff. (Driver returned to let us run back for the air tickets left in the car!) The car was parked on stones rather than on tarmac but this may have been for collection only.

I would use again but would hope that there was a better queueing system for the bus to airport. People were pushing onto mini bus in front of others who were waiting patiently. Not far to airport but each round trip by mini bus takes a while if you're standing waiting for it to come back for you.

We couldn't fault your service. Your staff were excellent! We arrived home unexpectedly a day early due to a family health crisis and your staff were extremely helpful in these circumstances. We will certainly use you again and recommend you to our friends and family.

I called from the airport upon arrival as instructed yet my car hadn't been brought from the parking area by the time the transfer bus dropped me off. The person at the desk said that he didn't know I had arrived even though I called from the arrivals area.
