Excellent service, the people were very friendly and the doggies were gorgeous! We went on holiday knowing our car was safe and secure. Great transport service. If one bus was full another was along within minutes, so no hanging around. You can get your car washed and valeted for a little extra also! Very handy. Will definitely use again in the future.

We've used flying scot about 4 times now. They are really friendly, helpfull staff who are also very fast and efficient, which is exactly what you need when every minute counts. Parking is at the front door and it takes about a minute to hand your keys in, get prcessed and then your away in transfer. Its really as quick as that.

I suspect other than to compare prices I am unlikely to consider other vendors.

this was the easiest and smoothest part of my journey both ways of my return trip to amsterdam (from Edinburgh). The drivers and receptionist were friendly and helpful. It was all so easy. I was at the airport very soon following my arrival at the airpark. I definitely reccommend this airpark to anyone.

Excellent Location! I have used this company on a couple of occasions & found them very proffesional & friendly. My recent flight returned early, i called & the gentleman was there to collect me within 5 minutes. They have recently installed a Barrier with a security code that allows access out of the parking facilities which provides further peace of mind. I have done & will continue to recomend them.

This was considerably cheaper than the other facilities at Edinburgh. The car being unlocked was inexcusable. Was scolded by transfer minibus driver for not phoning to say I had arrived. The minibus arrived as I was just about to phone. I got on board showing my receipt and was given a hard time for this. Total lack of respect for me as a customer.I would pay the extra for another company next time.

I would recommend Flying Scot because they were the cheapest and efficient at transfer (although the shuttle bus driver almost ran us over when he came to pick us up on our return journey - started reversing the shuttle when we were putting our bags in). However, picking up the car was frustrating as none of the staff, although there were quite a few of them, seemed to know what they were doing. We were given the impression someone had gone to get our car but no one had in fact. We then went in search of the car and found it in a dark corner with the engine running (for how long I don't know). Then given no instruction on how to exit the site (no pin number to release the barrier arm). Had to go an find a member of staff. All a bit of a hassle.

Extremely good value and short transfer to airport. Staff parking lessens possibility of damage to car by other customers. It seemed a little disorganised on arrival with no clear instructions as to what was going on (we were unaware that staff parked car) but we would be wiser next time and would definitely use them again for short trips away (we live in Edinburgh so longer stay would justify taxi fare).

These people deal with you personally and respond to a phone call to pick up and return to your car in 5 minutes. Brilliant and it worked well for me.

We were disappointed that our car was not ready when we arrived back and it took a while for some one to bring the car, other than this we had no complaints. We found the staff very helpful and the booking could not have been simpler.

We have used Flying Scot on numerous occasions and each time the experience has been stress-free, particularly on the outward journey. The service is fast and the staff are attentive and efficient even in the early hours of the morning. We have had no problems whatsoever.

I have used Flying Scot twice this summer and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
