On arrival it took several minutes for the staff to cease squabbling with one another, acknowledge us and deal with checking in our vechicle. No welcome from the woman who did this, words of more than one syllable seemed to be a strain. There are several car parks at Edinburgh airport, I would strongly advise others to pick one of these as customer service is sadly lacking at Flying Scot.

Minor complaint of not much room for parking on arrival, also a bit muddy so dirty footprints inside car on pickup (weather had been terrible though!) Very efficient and friendly though and pick up very quick. Would use them again.

delay in getting transport back to parking, there were a number of us waiting for up to 15 minutes as there was only one minibus driver and we had to wait as the bus was full.

As a first time parker at Edinburgh Airport i found the whole experience of booking and actually parking with Flying Scot an extremely stress free issue. I was back home in Dundee ( 65miles ) within 90 minutes of touch down. Will definitely be re- booking

Followed all booking instructions when dropping off and returned to find a bash in the car. Staff took details and a few days later wrote to say they weren't responsible as I hadn't waited to observe their employee officialy inspecting the car. Used the place about ten times before and never heard this requirement. Spent three months being fobbed off. Won't be back.

Cheaper than going direct to car park customer services ncar park itself was great and had no delay waiting for transfers. Will definitely use again.

Used this car parking service on many occasions and will continue to use it as it is safe and secure and at a very reasonable price. Staff are always very helpful and efficient too. :)

Only thing wrong was that the phone in the arrivals hall wasn't working. Will be back for our next holiday! Thank you!

Even when pressed for time for my flight. I have had no problem with Flying Scot Parking. I seem to walk into their office with my car keys and two or three minutes later I am dropped of at the Airport entrance . A great service .

Convenient location making transfers very straight forward. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service also very good value for money.

This secure car park was easy to find and very close to the airport terminal. It didn't take long to register , hand over keys etc and staff seemed competent. On the way back the curtesy telephone call was answered quickly and again we appreciated the short transfer to the car park. Our car was ready near the exit of the car oark and easy to spot. We would certainly recommend Flying Scot and use the site again.

Good reception and pick up - no problems but when we got back our car was hemmed in by other motors. Any time I have used this kind of parking service before (well in excess of 70 times) my car has always been out ready to go. Minor irritation we could have done without

We found the parking was within minutes from the airport, the drivers were very friendly and helped with the cases telling us where to get the bus when we returned from our holiday.

On return from holiday, noticed my car had a dent on rear wing. Member of staff took details and advised they would be in touch in about a week's time. After 3 weeks, still no contact so I phoned them. Further week and they e-mailed me to say that as I did not have the car checked over with them before going on holiday, they could not be held responsible! Apparantly, this is mentioned in the 'small print'. Annoying thing is that this has happened before but I did not spot the damage until I got home. Gave them a second chance BUT NEVER AGAIN.
