My car was blocked in on our return. It took 4 requests for removal of the car blocking me in and 20 minute wait. In the end the staff had to push the offending car out of the way. I thought that this was all pre-planned who was coming back when and that all arrivals' cars were brought out to a space in front.

On return from holiday collection took over 20 mins and when minibus arrived there was only just enough room to house all passengers, my husband had to put my son on his knee ( not too safe, but only traveling short 5min journey). On arival at car parking office, despite my family standing next to car in lot and me asking office for keys the lady behind desk insisted on telling me my car was at another pound and would take a few minutes. Staff in office quite rude and at one point mid conversation walked off to deal with a regular client!. Will not use this service again, was cheaper but it showed. Not ideal when you are just off a 5 hrs flight with 2 tired kids.

Arrival was fine. Return was very poor. I had to carry heavy bags and guide young child to office to collect car key and then be told my car is 'at the front somewhere'. I then had to carry bag and guide young child to try and find my car in the car park. When I found the car, it had been damaged and I then had to trail back to the office to complain and have now had to go through the whole hassle of insurance claims etc and getting the car fixed. I will not use this company again and would caution anyone else against using it.

Couldn't ask for a more efficient parking company.

It was so convenient I have booked again for later this month.

The use of the facilities at Flying Scot Edinburgh was fairly straight forward with no issues of note. I would recommend that they insert a direct line telephone in the arrivals section to prevent customers queueing to use the public telephones.

Convenient location and prompt efficient service at a great price.

Definitely great value for parking cost, sometimes half price of immediate rivals.

Flying Scot is easy to find. It is very near the airport, so it is very time efficient when trying to estimate how long to allow for parking. Pick up is quite speedy on arriving back in Edinburgh.

We arrived home late and were slow to collect our bags etc. As a result we missed the first bus back to Flying Scot. The staff were very quick to get another bus round to get us with no delay and the young man who drove us was extremely friendly and helpful. The best (and the cheapest) in many years of parking at airports. Thank you. Ian Scott

We had no trouble at all finding the car park. We registered and parked our car confidently and then boarded the bus which dropped us at the airport in no time at all. It was the same on our return, the bus picked us up promptly and took us back to our car without any problems. We will be using this service again when we have to return to edinburgh airport.

On arrival to pick up our car, it was not waiting in an area which was accessible for driving away. We had to locate our own car and then inform a member of staff to move other vehicles. Very lucky we didn't scrape the car off another or a brick wall.

Before when I have used Flying Scot the car was always accesible and ready to go but this time there were other cars parked stoppingf me getting out which seemed to show a lack of forethought/planning this time round and the female member of staff who came to move the offending car seemed none too happy.

We had really no problems. Price was competitive. Small car park but they were very quick to move cars about. Small mini coach which took us to airport very quickly. Only 5 minutes away. He couldn't manage all passengers back but returned again as soon as he could for the leftover passengers. Think car park being so close to airport was huge help and would make me book again.

I use medium to long term parking at Edinburgh Airport about 5 times a year on average and have just used Flying Scot for the first time. Booking in was quick and friendly with only a short bus ride to the Terminal. Despite a delay on my return the transfer bus arrived quickly and my car was warmed up and ready to drive away. I have already booked again for my next journey.

I went for this car park because it was the cheapest in my search. The experience was okay, and the staff were friendly, but nothing was explained about how the parking worked, so I didn't feel 100% confident leaving my keys with them, and I had to wander round till I found my car on my return.

We tried and tried the 0800 telephone number you gave us but could not get through. We noticed a 4 digit number beside the freephones so we tried that, still no luck so decided to go out the the bus bay. We then used a mobile with the 0800 number - bingo! A bus was actually on its way so we were back at our car within minutes. A very courteous driver, many thanks. R Larg

Have used this car park for years. Booking never a problem, access easy and the bus service takes minutes. No waiting for other passengers, you arrive, transfer to the bus and go! Return journey inward has always been hassle free. Can't think why I would want to change.

We have used this car park on more than one occasion when flying from Edinburgh and have always found the firm helpfull and efficient. So much so that on our imminent holiday in Madiera when we will fly from Glasgow we intend using Flying Scot at that airport.

First class, pleasant staff and prompt attention. Definitely use them again.
