I have two issues with using Jet Parks 2, firstly on our return we waited at the bus stop at bay B outside arrivals we where second in a queue, the bus came in and had to waited as a bus was in bay B after a couple of minutes he decided to then parked in bay A. When he moved into bay A the bus in B reversed out, all the people in the queue behind us raced round the bus and started getting on so we ended going from second in the queue to second last. When we got to board the bus it was full so we had to wait for another. One chap did complain to the driver but he said there was nothing he could do. Also when we left the park their was a noise coming from my rear tyre, I stopped to see what it was, I cannot be certain but the weights that balance the wheel have gone. I would say the car wasn't making the noise coming and have no proof they have been taken while the car was parked with you. I would like to know what security you have as there didn't seem to be anybody about and anybody could just get onto the car park and move between the cars. It has cost me £25 pounds to have the car re balanced and the man at the garage said they wouldn't have just fallen off they need to be taken off. I have used different fly parks at various airports and I wouldn't use your facilities again or recommend it to anyone.

cheapest option at airport for parking , surface in some areas very rough , transfer by bus very efficient, however this was the second experience of leaving the car park with the barrier system, had to wait for help as car registration wasn't recognised !

found car park easily parked no problem bus pick up in few minutes on return very polite driver, return to car took no time at all

The only problem with jet parks 2 is that there weren't enough spaces! We drove round the park 4 times before having to drive up a gutter to leave the car parked on a grass verge, others were having the same problem.

Parking is a long way from the departure lounge. car park so full had to park on verge, loads of cars parked in access lanes as they too could not find spaces.

I found it to be easy to find easy to use well organised. I will book Jet Parks again,very satifide

Although furthest from the terminal transfer was quick with little waiting time for the bus. Access to the terminal was rahter primitive - via route not well posted and using uphill (ramp) over some rough ground.

Problems leaving car park due to number plate recognition not working yet again. Waited too long for contact to car park staff with long queue of frustrated motorists behind me.

all ok, good parking and tansfers. only a (silly man) was at the barrier trying to get out (and only a man ) just stopped his car and looking in his boot(for paper work) and on his phone whilst we was behind him a member of staff (a man) came and i had to get out of the car and ask if he could move his car for us all to get home at midnight!! the member of staff had to look at our paper work before we could get out. so much for number plate and tickets!!!!

I booked late thus the computer did not recognise my registration but the service following was excellent. Bus arrived quickly.
