Very friendly and efficient at base, but on arrival back at cruise terminal , we were directed outside to a parking bay, no staff there to organise into a queue or issue numbers for when mini-bus arrived, it was a free for all to get cases into it , bearing in mind lots of customers are elderly and handicapped , the young and more able pushed there way to the front . A bit of thought needed to improve this .

I have used Relyon on three occasions over the last three or four years. Each time they have offered very fair pricing (I could not find anywhere cheaper) and have been prompt and reliable in taking me down to, and collecting me from, the Port. Relyon will continue to be my first port of call when looking for parking over several days in Dover. Thank you Relyon.

I wasn't sure at first because it was quite a way from the ferry terminal. But it was easy to find, easy to park, the service was polite and the bus was punctual and quick. It was a doddle and I'd do it again especially since it was less than half the price of the one by the ferry terminal.

Park difficult to find due to diversion but friendly and efficient staff made the transfer very easy.even held umbrellas because of pouring rain

A good option for ferry/cruise parking - cheaper than on site. Staff very friendly. Do check if road works (Coombe valley road) still in place and allow extra 10+ minutes for journey if so.

No waiting to board the minibus which was welcome but my wife and i had a very cramped seat in the front with the driver. Not at all comfortable. On return they were waiting for us and again we boaded the minibus straight away which was really appreciated. All in all , very good value but you get what you pay for . Would consider using 'Relyon'again but parking at the dock with the ship is so much easier.

Please use Relyon as they are efficient, polite and cost effective. Ray Darby

Friendly staff, secure parking, and a good price. Unfortunately on our return an emergency diversion in the town caused the return transport to be delayed by around 30mins. This would have been perfectly acceptable if the queue had been kept informed about what was happening. But none of the portside staff knew anything. That's just poor customer service. I'd use Relyon again despite this failure.

As soon as the two of us arrived at the carpark, they were willing to transfer us on their minibus down to Dover's Eastern Docks. The same on return - they drove down there just to collect the 2 of us rather than waiting for a vehicle-load. Great service and twice as cheap as parking at the docks.

Difficult to find without sat nav ,parking area is small for a cruise terminal car park hence cars are parked close together but it all seems to work ok ,staff are helpful, good point is if you want to retain your keys you park the car yourself. Bus was waiting outside terminal for return journey and only takes about 10 min to the car park. Good value for money, we would use this car park again.

Dropped our bags of at the port and later head for Relyon which is only 3 miles from the dock. Very easy to book car in and within minutes we were being taken back on the coach. On return from holiday the mini bus was waiting at the dock and we were back at our car within 10 minutes of getting of the ship. Service could not have been better and would use Relyon again without hesitation.

poor transfer return from cruise ship to car park had to wait 30 minutes in freezing cold wind no shelter. Inadequate number of transfer vehicles.

A very efficient service. Transfer to and from our cruise ship was on time and stress free. Highly recommend this service.

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff despite the early hour! We were taken immediately to the docks and given clear instructions as to where we would be picked up on our return. I telephoned from the ferry as we were docking and a car was waiting for us. A very hassle free efficient service. Thank you

No complaints, staff where first class nothing was to much trouble from on arrival to departure. Don't hestitate to use this company.

On arrival prior to holiday cases taken from our car we did not handle again until they appeared in our cabin. Wait on bus was minimal. Pick up just as efficient. Office staff very good. Will use service again and recommend
