Marble Arch / Park Lane reviews

From the time of booking through to parking at Marble Arch/Park Lane the whole experience was easy and stress free. The parking spaces were a good size, the car park was clean, well lit and the staff helpfull. This was an ideal location for central London and I would be happy to return and recommend it.

Very good, easy to find, staff really helpful,good value for money, didnt have to enter the congestion zone, car park within walking distance of our hotel in marble arch, would recommend and will be definitly using it again on our next trip to London

I have parked on Marble Arch/Park Lane car park and must say it couldn't be better located as I was going to Winter Wonder Land and walk to central London, car park is located outside congestion charge zone and to central London like Piccadilly Circus is 20min walk, car park itself and customer service is very good, also £24 for whole day secure underground parking in central London is really very good value for money.

We were unable to find the carpark, we turned off cumberland place and into a carpark, when we should have turned off cumberland gate, we ended up paying again on top of the £50 that we had already paid, we are not happy that directions could be made clearer, i am sure we are not the first people to make this mistake. A very nice, extremely well looked after car park. They even had loos which were very clean too, which after a 2 hour drive with kids were much needed. Thank you. Easy to find, but confusing as to how to get in initially as there are so many car park signs. Location and price fabulous. Will use every time I come to London.

Great parking spot if you want to visit Hyde Park, Oxford Street or Harrods. What makes it good is that it is out of the congestion charge area.

Great spot to park in London. Dead easy to get to and not in the congestion charge zone either. Superb space, great lighting and you walk out right onto marble arch! Will always Park here for now on when visiting London.

I pre-booked on the internet but getting a validated exit ticket was rather drawn out... otherwise an excellent service.

Marble Arch underground parking is easy to find either by car or pedestrian access. Located adjacant to Marble Arch & Hyde Park with easy access to London city centre by walking, Taxi or London Bus /Underground transport system. Parking is well lit & security protected with 24hrs access if required. JC

Very easy to find, the car park was well lit, plenty of space between the parking bays (which makes a nice change), helpful staff gave me my departure ticket before I'd even left to go to the concert to save time. No queuing to get out and straight up A41 and home. Perfect.
