Upon arrival at the car park, push the button at the barrier for a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle in any available space. Please note that you cannot exit and re-enter the car park on the same booking.

departure

When you return to the car park, proceed to the payment kiosk. If a parking attendant is available, hand in your printed booking confirmation and parking ticket. (Your confirmation will be retained by the car park.) Your ticket will be validated and you may then exit the car park.

If no attendant is available, drive to the exit barrier and press the help/intercom button. Quote your name, parking ticket number, car registration and booking reference. The barrier will be lifted remotely to allow you to exit the car park.

This is the second time I have gone to London by car and parked at Queensway. I honestly don't think I will ever go by train again - this is so simple. I can leave home when I like and return from London whenever I want (not when British Rail want me to). My husband was also impressed as are my friends when I tell them how simple this experience is.

Just a few words to say how convenient the location was - Bayswater - and how easy the service was, just need to supply the code by the intercom on exiting.Was glad to have a 'happy' parking experience in the capital!

On exiting there were no staff around , but it was a sunday pm, however followed instructions on print out and lady on intercom was efficient in opening barrier.

Finding the car park and booking was so easy online, My satnav found the car park from the postcode given no problem, we went straight in parked up and I was happy my car was secure during my overnight stay in London.On my return for my car I gave in my confirmation, a small form was filled in, I was asked to drive up to the exit barrier and the member of staff raised the barrier with a friendly wave. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

Easy access good secure park, using our prepaid paperwork should be made quicker on exit as had there been people waiting behind it would have held them up.

Easy to find. Strange set-up though - our space wasn't "reserved" so what if the car park had been full? Plenty of spaces when we went. Bit slow leaving as I had prepaid and took a few minutes to sort that out.

Location good and the price competative, had problems getting out of the site because the security guy could find any record of my booking and the go simply receipt makes no reference to Q parking so he thought I was not valid. Eventually let me go after 30 minutes of arguing.

I was pleased to be able to book online for this car park. I was attending a concert with my wife in Hyde Park and whilst it was quite a walk, it was a pleasant walk and the car park was easy to find with sat nav. Parking in London is so expensive i.e. 8 hours £26.
