Upon arrival at the car park, push the button at the barrier for a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle in any available space. Please Note: You cannot exit and re-enter the car park on the same booking.

departure

When you return to the car park, proceed to the payment kiosk. If a parking attendant is available, hand in your printed booking confirmation and parking ticket. (Your confirmation will be retained by the car park.) Your ticket will be validated and you may then exit the car park.

If no attendant is available, drive to the exit barrier and press the help/intercom button. Quote your name, parking ticket number, car registration and booking reference. The barrier will be lifted remotely to allow you to exit the car park.

We were going to the Salvation Army International March on The Mall parking was very convenient and for central London good value we would use it again

10.30 at night on day of Tube strike, no staff, customers just out of theatre trying to get their 50% discount over telephone with person at the other end whose English was limited. My own pre-paid ticket not working at the exit gate so I had to wait with the until finally a staff person turned up in a van. He was very efficient and sorted everything out politely. But otherwise, a shambles.

Ideally situated for where I needed to be and easy to find. Parking spaces were a little small and a bit of a squeeze. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Did not receive adequate directions to the parking structure with a GPS system in the car. Never made it to it! I want a refund!

Parking attendant very helpful in organising my pre-booked ticket when I was leaving. Excellent spot for the several different activities we were doing that day. If anything, don't follow the post code. Go to Traflagar Square and drive past the Mall going up Pall Mall and turn first left passed the Hotel and you are almost there.

Easy to get to from the M4/A4, up the Mall and turn left at Trafalgar Square - you can just see the entrance in the distance on Google Street view. Plenty of room when I parked (early Jan)and a friendly attendant to validate my ticket on leaving. Expensive by provincial standards but good value considering its a short walk from Trafalgar/Leicester Squares, and West End Theatres.

No parking staff at time of arrival which was not good as the toilets were locked. However there was someone on duty when we left and he was very helpful. The car park is in an ideal and convenient spot for London sightseeing. 7 hours parking for £30 was good value for London.

We found the car park easily, took a ticket, parked up and left the car. On the day we left, we went to the kiosk presented our payment voucher, received the exit ticket and left! Everything was just as it should be, not messing and most of all no stress. thanks

I went with my ticket and paper work to the pay point and no one was there so I pressed the help button waited five minutes no answer so I went and got my car and drove up to the Barrera and pushed the help button there and no answer again so tried the office again still no one there and the help button outside the office was still ringing so I notice half the Barrera was missing and there was two cones there so I moved them to get out very poor service but car park was ok
