Excellent facilities and service. Would definitley recommend and use again.

The parking and cost was good value. It would be helpful to have the check in/ out procedure explained on line. Ie take ticket from the machine, park up, only present the documents together with the ticket on departure. This was made more difficult because of the lack of English by the attendant.

I have now used this car par twice in the last two years and found the service excellent. I like the way you can return to your car anytime within your stay and know it is fully manned and secure. It is well positioned with access to the london transport system and exceptional value. Will definately be using again.

Great car-park, easy to find, lovely staff who remembered me upon return and were very efficient. I will definitely use this car-park again.

I would definately recommend to friends. It's easy to find, cheap and better than using the train!!

The car park was well positioned for my trip to Covent Garden in that it was a short walk to the bus at Tower Hill. Staff at Reception couldn't have been more helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending the car park to anyone who considers using it.

Booked and paid online and got there by gps no problem. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue is it is bit far from the nearest tube station. But since we were there sight-seeing, it was great. Will use it again.

Good carpark except for one point. Somone had repaired their car in ther carpark and had left large screws around on the floor so we got a puncture!

we arrived and parked our children needed the loo we got a key to the locked toilet which was not the best in the world but was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. We then set forth and within a few minutes walking were on tower bridge. We also returned to our car to put luggage in on our final day the staff were friendly and happy to let us do this. Would use again

Very easy to book online and hastle free. Afive minute walk over tower bridge and you can be able to access public transport or taxi into the city or main shopping areas. An ideal place to park clean and easy to find

The car park was relatively easy to find and very convenient for Tower Bridge, the Tower and boat services up and down the river. Cabs were also easy to hail from here. The staff were good and on the whole parking was a straightforward and pleasant experience.

The aids are brilliantly friendly and helpful! The parking surface and the whole space is absolutely and thoroughly customer-friendly. Easy to use, safe to use, a good deal! Thanks, ever so much!

Not 100% had correct park to start, suggest BCP could be displayed outside instead of just 'P'. Found member of staff on the day 22.5.10, somewhat disinterested in his duties, and of a lazy attituded, wanted a toilet on arrival and went to look, when he banged on control office window and rudely motioned me away from what I thought were loos. On leaving he was not in kiosk, and came in from road and motioned us to the 'in' drive way (we were in the 'out'- thinking this was the obvious way to get 'out') we waved our booking sheet at him, he grumbled went inside, fetched a ticket and let us out. Personally I think he should be fired! All this said we would use this carpark in future.

Slightly difficult to find but once parked, a very straight forward system and good value. Would recommend

Directions were easy to follow, car park was clean and easy to park, considering how many events were going on the Saturday we used these facilities. would recomend to anyone thinking of trying to park in london.

Secure, staff helpful, location ideal for Tower Hill area. Well lit and good value for money.

Very easy to find, being near Tower Bridge. You should be aware the speed limit on the bridge is only 20mph with hidden speed cameras for 'heritage' reasons. Car park is spacious and well lit, and it is easy to park, even next to the concrete pillars.

Easy to book, easy check in and check out. Good location.Short distance to tube,buses & taxis. Have now used twice and would not bother with any other.NO CONGESTION CHARGE AREA.
