I visited London with the family during the school holiday. The car park was well worth the money, outside the congestion charge and only a few minutes from the tube. The staff were very helpful. I will certainly use this car park on future visits.

We went to London for a few days, and I needed somewhere close to park. We have used this car park before - it's well located near to Tower Bridge (outside the congestion zone). It's one of the cleanest car parks I have used, and is patrolled 24/7. It is a safe and secure car park, and the attendant was always helpful. It cost me around £6 per day, by booking in advance on-line. I thoroughly recommend this car park.

If you book last minute (the night before) they don't seem to have your details on their form.

It is easy to get to without entering the congestion charge area. It is easy to walk from to get a taxi, or walk to a tube station. All under cover, very clean and in a very respectable, safe area. The staff were excellent, we left our car keys at the hotel when we checked out. By the time we had got a taxi to go to the hotel for the keys and returned for our car, the staff had waivered the excess charge for parking. Then, the car had been left 4 days with an interior light on and the battery had gone flat. Again the staff came up trumps with jump leads and got us going!! We highly recommend this car park. We shall use it again.

The car park is located right outside of the congestion zone - it was perfect! The guy told us to park downstairs and didnt ask for the confirmation page until we exited the car park. Make sure you bring your printed confirmation page! Again, great location - only 10 min walk to Tower Hill Tube station. Will be coming back to this carpark soon!

Always use this car park when travelling to London. Location is great, next to the the thames and Tower bridge Never had any problems and even when the prepaid limit ran out i was able to simply pay the extra to the attendant when i left. 24hrs at the car park is cheapear than paying 6 hours at my local car park in Leicester City centre.

The guy on the gate was really friendly - the car park seemed well managed and secure - very pleased with my whole butlers wharf car park experience!

Easy to find, hassle free and very easy to book in advance online - cost £19.40 for 48 hours. However, you pay from the time you book from as opposed to the time you actually arrive (we arrived an hour later than estimated). We asked about this when we arrived despite the info sent to me saying that you pay from the time on your ticket. Also, leave half an hour spare to allow for the attendant to let you out in case they're on a break - if you go a minute over your booked time it will incur a extra cost. Ensure also that you are able to carry luggage to the nearest tube station which is about a 20 minute walk from the car park.

Initially we ran into problems finding the car park but I think that could be blamed on the sat nav rather that the location! Once there it was easy to find parking and locate a tube station. Staff were present in the office which was reassuring! Found it on the way back quite easily and staff sorted out our exit efficiently. It was value for money so I would use it again!

Booked on internet but found plenty of space on arrival saturday am ,what excellent value compared with other car parks ! Location ideal for south bank ,Tower and Thames piers Underground and seems very secure and staff helpful Recommended for the spontaneous london weekend trip !

it is not very close to a tube station but, if you don't mind walking across tower bridge, this car park offers good value for monney.

A Convenient & cheap parking facility close to where one would want to start one's sight seeing. An amazing experience.

Excellent instructions how to get there and avoid congestion charge, brilliant staff who helped with my partially printed booking reference and information. Couldn't fault the position of the car park, right next to tower bridge. Brilliant prices and access to car park at any time to collect and drop stuff off at car.

Easy to find and only short walk to nearest tube. Very good value for money. Would definantly use again.

Don't tell others - if it gets too well known, I might not get parking there, when I need it.

Butlers Wharf was ideal, outside the charge zone and accesible. Good for access to the city as well.

Easy to locate, parking brilliant, excellent service/security, defo park there again, very near to tube & London Dungeons. This is a must excellent value for money.

Easily reached from Dover (with satnav). Clean, spacious; helpful attendant. I recommend it.

Great value, secure, clean, convenient for central London. Butler's Wharf is a buzzing venue.
