Highly recommended, easy to find, great service which we will use again

Just follow your e-mail instructions and have an enjoyable (as enjoyable as parking gets :)) experience. Best value all round with very regular transfers of no more than a couple of minutes. Dont forget to keep your reciept for when you collect your keys, it mkes life easier.

We had to park quite a distance from the checking in area. The actual checking in was quick and efficient with little waiting time and we only waited a few minutes for a bus to the terminal. On return we only waited five minutes for a bus and there was no queue to collect out keys but our car had been reparked even further away from the check in area.

Efficient service, with a short transfer to the terminal building (departures). On returning to the airport at 3am in the morning, had to wait for the bus for probably 10 minutes to transfer to the car park.

Signposted well, quick transfer to and from terminal, thats exactly what you need from this type of service

Easy to find, well signposted great location and fast transfer to the terminal. The bays are well signed and the car was moved to withing striking distance from the shuttle terminus when we arrived back home. I would definitely recommend this to any fellow travellers.

An excellent service, but for one irritating delay, as despite having received an e-mail receipt, my internet booking had not registered at the desk on arrival, so that all my details had to be filed again.

Parking, transfers and administration are efficient. Check a web site that compares prices for the best deal. It can get crowded on the transfer bus and stowing big suitcases can be a problem for the less able bodied. Fortunately the transfer is short so don't stress about it.

Good secure parking 5 mins by transfer shuttle from Bristol airport. There was a queue for the bus when we got back to Bristol - we managed to get on and some people didn't and would have had to wait and were not best pleased. At £29.99 for a week it was good value and £10 cheaper than the onsite parking so no real complaints. There was a big queue to pick up keys when we got back to the depot and 2 people on duty. As my husband was first off the bus, he was first in th queue, so not sure how long people had to wait to collect their keys. All in all, efficient and good value.

There was a large queue on checking in and leaving my car and this did take longer than expected. On return there appeared to be more staff on duty and as such a smooth pick up of keys.

all very good but on my return the bus didn't load my wheelchair first and then there was no room.

Provides the service as advertised which is just what you need for the circumstances

We arrived back at 0.40 in the morning the bus was ready to take us to the car park. Car was close to terminal and we were out of the car park in about 10 mins

smooth transition from parking zone to departures,return to parking zone again faultless. would reccomend.

as always no pressure at important times of holiday, to have car within 100m of drop off point at end of hols always a bonus

I managed to find a parking space quite close to the checking in area and was processed quickly. On my return the transfer bus was quite full and I expected a long wait to collect my car as I was the last off the bus. However I found the keys were handed to me within a minute or two and the car had been parked very close to the setting down point. All very satisfactory. I would happily use the Silver Zone again on future trips.
