We have used this service several times and it has always been very prompt and efficient.

Friendly, efficient service. No sooner had we arrived at the parking facility than we were on our way to the airport. Similarly, when we returned, we rang from our mobile and the minibus was with us very soon after. We have to travel abroad a lot this winter and will definitely be using B and G Parking every time.

Friendly service, short waiting time for mini bus. A more welcoming waiting area would be nice, especially on rainy days! I will use B and G again.

Arriving at 12.30 amI picked up the car, next morning I see that the car (2009 BMW se) is covered with dust (scalpings) and what looks like oil spots! Yes I was away 3 weeks in long hot weather but I woulld not return a customers car in that condition, it should have been pressure washed or suchlike.

I was very pleased with the service and good value for money. The site was a bit dusty, might have been the weather was scorching that week, but I was absolutely happy with this and will no doubt book again next time.

Having read the reviews for this carpark I was pleased to book BUT sadly I was left hugely disappointed and chose in the end to drive away. first, when I found the place it was in a small industrial yard crammed with cars that were filthy dirty and so tightly packed together I was concerned about any damage that may be caused to the car. Second, the booking stated that it BJ parking which I could not find due to the fact that the small signage that was there stated JJ parking! Third, I had to go to another building and climb a flight of stairs to find somebody who could help me out. A very nice chap informed me that I was looking for 'the shack' at the end. I found the shack. Nobody was there but there was a sign on the door that said 'at the airport back in 5. I had already been there over 10 mins. Fourth, boiling hot and needing to use the facilities I was greeted by a sign that said 'out of order'. There was a minibus parked outside the office but looking at it I would not wished to have driven in it. Finally, After a further 10 mins with still no sign of anybody I gave up and drove away choosing to park at the airport. As they say - you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt.

Second time we have used B&G Parking in about 12 months if we thought the first time was good the second time was even better. Many thanks for that friendly smile at 3.30 in the morning. Will continue to recommend and use you again. Mr Howard

Very good instructions for finding the car park, very helpful. Only waited a few minutes for the bus. Driver feet helpful in getting all our cases on the bus. Arrived back and bus there waiting. Great transfers and parking will definitely use again. Many thanks

Great efficient service! Everything ran smoothly with car drop off, transfer (just 5 mins), and car collection. Small info' card given on arrival was useful as a reminder of collection point and process for the return transfer. Seemless! Great Service. Thank you!

this parking is very near the airport, only 5 minutes away. it's secure and the transfer to and from the airport was very prompt. The owner who dealt with us was very friendly and pleasant. We really couldn't fault it.

Excellent Service.Pleasant lady who met us at the car park. Simple book in,Hand in keys, on the mini bus and at the airport in 5 minutes. Arrived back, rang the number on the card after getting our bags the mini bus arrived in about 5 minutes.Car was waiting to go on arrival.

The car park name was something total different not B and G, so we were not sure that we are on the right place. To dropped of we needed to wait for the bus driver arrive because there were some mix up whit our booking times, so they were expecting us one day earlier, also they expected us back one day later. Picking us up went very well, we don't even needed to wait 2 minutes. The car park doesn't take responsibility for your car, however they ask you for the key, and park your car. The car park is on a graveled area. Very dusty. The bus taking us to the airport was covered with dust inside.

Very good will use again. we have been under time pressure because of an accident on the Severn Bridge, the Lady at B and G dropped us instantly to the airport and we made it on time
